Chubais helped lead the disastrous Russian privatization voucher program in the early 1990's pressed by then World Bank chief economist, Larry Summers. Summers later served alongside Podesta in the Clinton and Obama White Houses. Summers' aids in the Russian privatization debacle were Sheryl K. Sandberg and Yuri Milner, who were later placed in charge of global email and social networking via Gmail, Mail.ru, Facebook and VKontakte. In short, this small group has taken over the Internet by exploiting state powers.

(Aug. 12, 2016)—The latest release of Hillary emails by corruption watchdog Judicial Watch show pay-to-play corruption on an unprecedented global scale. We focus on just one of the tentacles that ties Hillary & Bill directly to Vladimir Putin.

Sandberg and Yuri Milner to implement the disasterous World Bank voucher privatization program. They almost singlehandedly ushered in the age of the modern Russian oligarch. Summers, the Clintons, Sandberg and Milner have exploited these corrupt connections to sieze control of the Internet, in collusion with a secret White House spy agency created by Clinton, Bush and Obama executive orders. The NSA secretly operates outside of Congressional oversight through this White House group that authorized the illegal warrant-less surveillance of Americans. They quash all dissenting voices, like Edward Snowden and Julian Assange, in the name of national security.

Vladimir Putin created Rusnano (Russian Nanotechnology Corporation) to fund emerging technologies, especially his interest in nano technologies. In the old Soviet days, such entities were first and foremost spying opportunities. Little appears to have changed. As such, Hillary's activities with her campaign manager and longtime advisor, John Podesta, have likely risked national security. It is becoming evident that Hillary needed her private email servers to hide her Russian collusion, among other things.

No wonder Putin says he has Hillary's emails; some of them were probably addressed to him and CCed to Chubais about Rusnano and their other secret Clinton Foundation projects like UrAsia and Uranium One.

Rusnano’s chairman is Anatoly Chubais. Chubais served in Boris Yeltsin’s government and is said to have handpicked Putin out of the KGB secret police to be president. Notably, Chubais is an advisor to JPMorgan Chase (since 2008) and the Council on Foreign Relations (2012)—both Hillary Clinton and Facebook surrogates. See contrasting Russian Role Models below.

Chubais oversaw Soviet privatization in the early 1990's (the sale of the state-owned industries to private interests). This meant he collaborated closely with former Harvard professor Lawrence H. 'Larry' Summers, then chief economist at the World Bank.

Summer’s assistants at the time were new college graduates named Sheryl K. Sandberg and Yuri Milner.

Sandberg was assigned by these oligarchs to Gmail (2004) before being assigned to Facebook as chief operating officer (2008).

Milner was assigned to Mail.ru (2001) then VKontakte later—the Russian equivalents of Facebook and Gmail.

The foxes are managing  the world's digital hen house

Between them, the vast majority of the world's digital information flow passes through these self-annointed gatekeepers. This situation is the equivalent of the foxes managing the hen house.

After Obama became president and Hillary Secretary of State, Milner shocked Silicon Valley with a $200 million Facebook investment with no strings attached. Then, he ostentatiously overpaid $100 million for a Menlo Park mansion, the most expensive home sold in the U.S. that year.  There wasn't an ounce of humility or uncertainty in Milner's voice. Now we know why.

After Summers pressed his disastrous privatization plan on the people of the USSR supported by Chubais, Summers went to work for Bill Clinton in the Treasury Department where he eventually became Secretary. In 1999 Summers worked to overthrow Glass-Steagall banking controls. Sandberg became Summers' chief of staff.

“Few Washington officials are tighter to the Clintons than John Podesta,” writes Peter Schweizer (Clinton Cash) in his just released essay From Russia with Money.

Podesta was Bill Clinton’s White House chief of staff (1998-2000). Before that he was an assistant to the President Clinton with various titles. He was later Counselor to Barack Obama at the White House, and is now Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager.

Takeover of the Internet

Much has already been written revealing the pay-to-pay relationships between Podesta and Hillary. Through Podesta, Hillary is directly tied to Russian business interests and the global takeover of the Internet via Gmail–Facebook (Sandberg), Mail.ru–VKontakte (Milner).

Through Summers, Hillary and husband Bill are directly responsible for the abolishment of Glass-Steagall in 1999 and the banking chaos that followed. Perhaps the banking instability was all intentional; meant to destabilize world economies. "In confusion there is profit." We do know from his financial disclosure that Larry Summers gave two speeches in early 2008 in Iceland where the 2008 crash allegedly started.

While a Hillary advisor in 2011, Podesta was appointed director of three related entities: Joule Unlimited (MA, USA), Joule Global Holdings, N.V. and Joule Global Stichting (Netherlands). From Russia with Money.

He worked closely with Hillary's political advisor Anne-Marie Slaughter, author of A New World Order. Slaughter is a George Soros in-law and advocates "disaggregated" government where the agencies operate autonomously; accountable only to the amorphous collective. One of the Joule foundations where Podesta was a consultant, The Wyss Charitable Foundation, is an up to $5 million donor to The Clinton Foundation.

Two months after Podesta joined the Joule boards, Rusnano (Putin) invested $35 million in Joule Unlimited based in Boston. Chubais also joined the board.

The movie Clinton Cash exposed Bill Clinton’s uranium junket that gave Putin ownership of approximately 15% of the U.S. uranium reserves and $145 million in donations to The Clinton Foundation. See also Hillary's Swindling Silicon Valley Girls.

The latest Judicial Watch email release helps further confirm that via John Podesta and Anatoly Chubais, Putin’s mentor, their scoundrel plants Sandberg and Milner have compromised the integrity of world’s Internet services.

Can a reliable house be built on such a rotten foundation?

Clear and present threat to global security and privacy

The U.S. Constitution is clear that privacy from government intrusion is a right. That privacy has been obliterated by these Hillary Clinton alliances unearthed by Judicial Watch, WikiLeaks, Julian Assange, Edward Snowden, William Binney, Thomas Drake, J. Kirk Weibe, Americans for Innovation, The Center for Public Integrity, Alex Jones, InfoWars, ICIJ, Sharyl Attkisson, The Intercept and numerous others.

This attempt at controlling the world's flow of information by these hideous criminals should enflame, enrage and motivate every citizen of the planet into action to stop them.

We must be about establishing digital networks that respect the individual and his/her right to live a quiet and peaceable life, free of arbitrary intrusion by the state.

Perhaps in Russia such political and business conflicts of interest are a way of life, but they are crimes in the United States and other parts of the world.

We can do better. We must do better.

These scoundrels cannot be permitted to succeed.

Act now.

Stop election rigging in its tracks

P.S. When you control digital networks to the extent just described, rigging elections that rely on electronic voting machines and "Man in the Middle" connections between county and state computers is child's play.

The Nov. 2016 Presidential Election should go ALL PAPER. We have just proven that our electronic networks are compromised by unscrupulous criminals. The previous AFI post showed how the rigging happens and why we cannot risk our Republic to these systems.

So, we cannot use them for something as important to our Republic as a free and fair elections.

Solution:

1. Print enough Absentee Ballots for everyone,
   
   
2. Leave the electronic voting machines in the warehouse, and
   
   
3. Count by hand with bi-partisan observers up and down the chain from county to state tabulator.

It is that simple. States will have plenty of citizens willing to count the vote. Just ask. Only the cheaters lose.

Any reason not to do this just risks our Republic. There is no good reason to risk it for the titillation of instant election night results (which are probably rigged by the Man in the Middle anyway).

In 2009 Hillary Clinton and the State Department confiscated McKibben's invention for her personal "eDiplomacy" policy use. During this same time, McKibben and Leader were battling Facebook in Delaware federal district court for patent infringement. Leader proved on 11 of 11 claims that the engine running Facebook is their invention. Hillary's Judicial Watch emails prove she obstructed justice in the case and engaged in election rigging

Notably, social networking inventor, Columbus, Ohio innovator Michael McKibben, described being followed and then body searched at the Leningrad airport in 1981. He had just met in Tallinn with an Estonian Christian activist who had just been released from prison for organizing Christian music concerts. His crime? A "parasitic" way of life. No kidding, that was a Soviet law used to send tens of thousands of their best and brightest to prisons, labor camps, and mental hospitals for the sin of wanting to live honestly, Nobel laureate Alexander Solzhenitsyn among them.

In 1981, a young KGB officer named Vladimir Putin was in charge of monitoring foreigners in Leningrad, so it could have been Putin that ordered McKibben followed and searched. McKibben called this possibility "a great irony of history, if true." He continued, "doubly so given the way I and thousands of my Soviet, Eastern European and Western friends stood up for basic human rights like self-expression, freedom from tyranny and freedom of worship in the former Soviet Union." He concluded, "St. Pope John Paul II was among our supporters."

In this 2016 Olympic summer, McKibben pointed out that he and his music group, Living Sound, supported the 1980 Moscow Summer Olympics even while President Jimmy Carter boycotted them. Olympic music director Alexandra Pakhmutova put two of McKibben's songs on the official Olympic film Oh Sport! You are Peace!, and the state-run Melodiya Records sold up to one million EPs. McKibben says as far as he knows, his group Living Sound is the only contemporary American Gospel group ever to perform on national Soviet TV—videotaped concerts that occured soon after the Moscow Olympics and are said to have aired nationally on New Years Day in 1982.

In the early '90's, McKibben advised Russian Orthodox Patriarch Aleksy II on how to use emerging communications technologies for Church operations as they recovered from ninety years of persecution. He also was the Patriarch's special guest in one of the first post-Communist Church processions at the Kremlin and through the streets of Central Moscow. President Yelstin also participated.

New! Aug. 14, 2016: Alongside Solzhenitsyn, Mr. McKibben asked us to acknowledge the Moscow family of Vladislav Eloyan. Vladislav is the president of the Russian Traditional Karate Federation. His grandfather, Rotefan, briefly served with McKibben's father-in-law in the U.S. 69th Infantry Division following the "Link Up" with the Soviet 58th Guards Division in Torgau, Germany on Apr. 25, 1945. On Jul. 4, 2010, Eloyan and McKibben co-authored Rotefan's story for the 69th Infantry Division veteran's website. When Rotefan returned home to Moscow, he was enslaved by the KGB in the Gulag alongside Solzhenitsyn in the Gulag.

During more than five years in ten forced labor camps Rotefan saw countless people starved to death, shot and beaten mercilessly by sadistic guards. In one camp a killing field was understood between the prisoners and guards. Any prisoner wanting to end his misery could walk into it and be shot dead, no questions asked. Even in those conditions, Rotefan organized resistance and wrote letters to members of the Supreme Soviet to stop the madness. Those letters apparently had an effect. Rotefan was released in 1955 by Nikita Khrushchev's return to sanity over the treatment of his WWII veterans. Sadly, Rotefan contracted tuberculosis at the tenth camp and eventually died of the disease at age 34. To add insult to injury, Rotefan was unable to find meaningful work after the Gulag because employers did not see the value of his survival experiences, first as a Nazi POW at age 16, then in Stalin's labor camps. Rotefan's story of bravery and determination in the face of impossible odds is truly awe inspiring. It is a powerful example of the need for less greed and power mongering in this world, and more love and respect for one's fellow man.

(Aug. 01, 2016)—There, we have said it. We believe that Hillary Clinton will go down in history as a key figure in a $1 trillion crime. Now we will prove it. The "smoking gun" evidence from her private email server was uncovered by corruption watchdog Judicial Watch.

Before his passing late last year, an internationally recognized Democrat luminary and historian called for a special prosecutor in the Leader v. Facebook patent infringement corruption case.

A special prosecutor was his suggestion because the normal judicial processes had broken down. He had been thoroughly briefed, according to multiple AFI contributing writers.

Hillary’s Litany of Lies

Hillary Clinton’s litany of lies in her presidential nomination acceptance speech further reinforces the need for a special prosecutor.

Washington, D.C. cries out for new blood to restore equal protection under the law. The current Democratic Administration has consistently thwarted Leader Technologies’ efforts to find justice and a payday for their longsuffering investors who played it straight, took the risk and now deserve their entrepreneurial reward.

Leader Technologies’ fight for justice is every American’s fight for the Rule of Law and fair play. If Americans do not step up and DEMAND justice in Leader v. Facebook, then the U.S. Constitution is a pointless piece of paper.

Remarkably, Hillary Clinton condemned her own corrupt actions as Secretary of State when she said:

HILLARY: “I believe that our economy isn’t working the way it should because our democracy isn’t working the way it should.”

Hillary and Bill’s scandals are CAUSING our democracy/republic to sputter.

The list of the Clinton's undemocratic actions is now a litany: Whitewater, Benghazi, Travelgate, Vince Foster, Marc Rich, Frank Giustra, UrAsia, Uranium One, The Clinton Foundation, The Clinton Global Initiative, theft of social networking invention, the body count and State Department influence pedaling.

According to Hillary these are all misunderstandings created by a "vast right wing conspiracy." (Clue to interpreting Hillary: Saul Alinsky, her mentor, in Rules for Radicals: If your scheme is exposed, deny, deny, deny.)

Guilty by her own hand

The secret contracts Hillary wrote with Facebook are completely on her. These contracts were concealed from the House Oversight Committee and stonewalled from Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. It took an order by district court Judge Sullivan to pry them loose. These Facebook contracts prove Hillary's criminal activity. She cannot blame others since only a small group of her senior State Department staffers even knew she had done it.

Lie #1: Hillary called America a “democracy”

America is not a democracy. America is a republic. This difference is crucial to a proper understanding of American governance. It is not mere semantics.

Hillary’s misleading words telegraph the progressive agenda to destroy the Constitution and remake America in their image. Hillary’s oligarchy of globalists want power, permanently. Such is the long history of pure democracy where the more powerful majority abuses the disenfranchised minority.

Instead, America’s founders chose a republican democracy where the rights of the majority prevail without infringing the rights of minorities.

Rule of Law Rule of Men

Our fallible, flawed group of founders reached beyond their individual weaknesses and prejudices to conceive a brilliant form of governance that transcends time and human shortcomings. It is called the Rule of Law over the Rule of Men.

In a republican democracy equal justice is the right of every citizen whether in the majority or minority. This principle is the backbone of the U.S. Constitution.

This gift of the founders to the world is encapsulated in Benjamin Franklin’s answer to his Philadelphia friend and keen political observer, Mrs. Powel (yes, one “L”). She lived at Powel House (now 244 South 3rd Street) near Independence Hall.

Mrs. Powel, a woman with no right to vote, is credited with almost single handedly convincing George Washington to run for a second term. She persuaded General Washington that he must run to prove that the republican ideal was not merely an idealistic fluke. Imagine that, one woman changed the political course of humankind. 

The day the Declaration of Independence was signed, Mrs. Powel asked Mr. Franklin what form of government the framers had given us. Monarchy? Democracy? Franklin replied:

“A republic, if you can keep it.”

Founder Thomas Jefferson reinforced Franklin's “if you can keep it” caveat when he wrote:

“Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty.”

These men and women knew there was no room for complacency among the citizenry in a republican democracy. [The authors believe the current rise of populism among Trump and Sanders supporters emerges from this font of wisdom. The citizens have awakened.]

Hillary and the globalist clearly want to destroy the American republican priority for the Rule of Law. They want to "disaggregate" it (from A New World Order (2004) by Hillary political adviser and George Soros in-law Anne-Marie Slaughter) into a two-tiered system, one for the so-called Progressives and a different one for the Great Unwashed. Then, their permanent majority would make the rules in their image, permanently.

Frighteningly, this was essentially the state of the American British Colony courts in 1776 who were overridden regularly by King George.

With a globalist ascension in Hillary Clinton, the 240-year flame of The Great American Experiment will be extinguished, we believe.

Lie #2: Hillary said she is a champion of small business, entrepreneurs and innovation

In her acceptance speech Hillary said she was a champion of small business. However, in Hillary's world of doublespeak “innovation” is a euphemism for intellectual property theft for the benefit of her ruling globalist oligarchs.

Indeed, the U.S. Patent Office has become Hillary's globalist toy box of free goodies where real inventors are exploited to enrich her friends.

WARNING TO INVENTORS: We suggest that you stop submitting your innovations to the U.S. Patent Office right now. Your innovations are being stolen by the Patent Office personnel and fed to their globalist handlers. The patent judges and examiners are all in on it, as are the judges in the only patent appeals court, called the Federal Circuit Court. The patent system is rigged and real inventors are left holding the bag every time.

Let's face it, when it comes to true innovation, globalists are lazy. They reason: “Why do the hard work of inventing when we can simply steal it? If sued, they buy off everyone in the litigation path: agencies, commissioners, chairs, judges, jurists, witnesses, experts, attorneys, law firms, clerks, examiners. Such is the massive globalist Ponzi scheme being unearthed. No wonder even Republican corporate types are flocking to Hillary. The true source of their product ideas is being exposed as a fraud.

Adolf Hitler allowed this very model prior to World War II with German companies who were left alone as long as they did his bidding. The Soviets essentially did the same thing by nationalizing industry and declaring State ownership of all property.

Thankfully, corruption watchdog Judicial Watch caught Hillary’s hand in the proverbial cookie jar. They unearthed unequivocal proof from Hillary’s private email servers that she obstructed justice in the Leader v. Facebook patent infringement case and benefited from the stolen property.

The Facebook contracts on Hillary’s private email server had been stonewalled by the State Department.  They detail a staggering scheme to rig U.S. elections. Those contracts are detailed below.

In short, Hillary helped the theft of Leader Technologies’ invention of social networking in 2009. Then she exploited it for her “eDiplomacy” strategy as Secretary of State. She promoted Facebook in her speeches. She even organized a private dinner on Mar. 22, 2012 with Facebook COO Sheryl L. Sandberg just months before the Facebook initial public offering. Her emails discuss how she field tested uses of Facebook and then issued State Department Facebook field guides (likely published much earlier than the versions in Hillary’s private email)

. . . all the while Leader v. Facebook proceeded from the Federal Circuit Court to the U.S. Supreme Court.

In 2009 Hillary Clinton and the State Department confiscated McKibben's invention for her personal "eDiplomacy" policy use. During this same time, McKibben and Leader were battling Facebook in Delaware federal district court for patent infringement. Columbus innovator Leader Technologies and its founder Michael McKibben alleged and proved on 11 of 11 claims that the engine running Facebook is Leader’s patented invention. U.S. Patent No. 7,130,761 McKibben et al.

The court ruled that Facebook was guilty of all 11 infringement claims. Subsequently, a corrupt federal court system circled the wagons around Facebook all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court in utter defiance of U.S. law. On Sep. 26, 2009, while discovery was proceeding in Leader v. Facebook, Hillary and the State Department contracted with Facebook for “a template for winning elections using advance Facebook marketing.”

It is illegal for a government agency or official to interfere in an active lawsuit according to 18 U.S. Code § 1505—Obstruction of proceedings before departments, agencies, and committees. “Proceedings” is a broad term for essentially any official government activity in courts, agencies, grand juries and Congress.

These contracts were part of a trove of documents from Hillary’s private email servers. They prove unequivocally that Hillary obstructed justice in Leader v. Facebook. If for no other reason, because Facebook personnel were potential witnesses.  By tampering with Facebook witnesses, Hillary prejudiced Leader Technologies’ rights to a fair and impartial tribunal and noninterference by public officials and agencies.

Facebook’s project manager on Hillary’s contracts was Dmitry Shevelenko. Hillary entered at least five contracts for “a template for winning elections using advanced Facebook marketing” before the 2010 midterm elections. All during this period, the Leader v. Facebook lawsuit moved from trial into appeal.

Hillary’s private email server evidence provided by the State Department to Judicial Watch is proof on its face that Hillary obstructed justice in Leader v. Facebook. She tampered with witnesses and prejudiced Leader Technologies’ rights to a fair and impartial tribunal.

Despite Leader proving that Facebook infringes its patent on 11 of 11 claims, the federal courts circled the wagons around Hillary’s darling Facebook and illegally confiscated Leader’s property. Notably, all of the judges held substantial Facebook financial interests in an evident collusion to enrich and influence senior judiciary in the run up to Facebook's initial public offering.

Barack Obama exploited Facebook. Hillary and the State Department exploited it. The Patent Office exploited it.

When government systems breakdown or cannot be impartial, special prosecutors are called for.

Hillary’s obstruction of justice and confiscation of private property in Leader v. Facebook requires a special prosecutor.

Damages to Leader could top $1 trillion

Hillary participated in the confiscation of Leader Technologies’ social networking patent. The IBM Eclipse Foundation became the distribution medium for providing Leader’s invention to the entire “social” technology world who put their morals, ethics and American property law on the shelf and have exploited it as well.

The value of the social networking easily reaches the $1 trillion number. If all of that value is founded upon Leader’s invention, which it appears to be, then Hillary is liable for the Greatest Financial Crime in the History of the World.

The U.S. Attorney filed an informational brief claiming federal judges are above the law and immune from corruption charges After Judge Andrews failed to answer, Dr. Arunachalam asked for a prefunctory factual statement from the clerk that the judge did not answer called an "Entry of Default."

New! Jul. 30, 2016—The legal concept of "absolute immunity" for judges has an odorous old boy history. The U.S. Supreme Court is contradictory. On the one hand, the Court in US v. Lee (1982) said "No man in this country is so high that he is above the law... [and is] bound to obey it." On the other, the Court ruled in Stump v. Sparkman (1978) that judges have absolute immunity—even for fraud, theft, bribery, collusion, conspiracy, civil rights violations and organized crime! Stump is sometimes called the most controversial in history. Either way, Congress is free to remove the judge by impeachment, which has occurred only 14 times. Regardless, Judge Andrews can still appear as a witness, and therefore, must recuse himself from Dr. Arunachalam's cases.

Shockingly, Delaware clerk Bob Cruikshank has refused to sign the Entry of Default placing Dr. Arunachalam's case in jeopardy since she only has a fixed number of days to take follow-up steps. The judge is evidently stonewalling to run out her procedural clock against him. According to Dr. Arunachalam, Cruikshank gave three different reasons this morning for the delay, the latest being that the Entry is "with the judge." This is scandalous in itself. An entry of default is a mere procedural matter affirming whether a defendant did or did not respond in the prescribed amount of time. It is not an opinion or issue of law. It is a mere factual statement.

News Update Jul. 28, 2016!
Dr. Arunachalam spoke briefly this morning with chief judge Leonard P. Stark about the runaround in the courts he oversees. He pretended not to remember her even though he had been a mediator in one of her earlier patent infringement cases. He refused to speak with her, referred her to the Clerk (who passed it to Judge Andrews—a defendant in the case), and hung up on her. Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals: When your scheme is exposed. Deny. Deny. Deny.

The judge refused to sign it this morning and sent it back to Cruikshank in classic bureaucratic run-around. This is more proof that the Delaware federal court is in open defiance of the U.S. Constitution and is merely supporting their rigged system pay masters at IBM, JPMorgan, SAP and the White House.

(Jul. 22, 2016)—This week Ohio Gov. John Kasich and Texas Senator Ted Cruz stubbornly refused to make good on their promises to endorse the Republican nominee, who is now officially Donald J. Trump. Their excuses are lame.

These men are breaking their signed contracts with America. Since they did not notify their supporters of their intention not to honor their pledges, they have defrauded those who voted for them.

Breach of contract, hypocrisy and boldface lying aside, Kasich and Cruz appear to be positioning for a Trump defeat in November, and positioning themselves for candidacies or special favors during the next four years.

Their belligerence begs the question: Do they know something we do not know?

At least for Kasich, the answer is probably yes.

Six weeks earlier Connell had been deposed in the King Lincoln election fraud lawsuit that accused the Ohio Secretary of State J. Election watchdogs have long known that any variance between the published vote count and exist polls of over 2% is a sure fraud indicator. Blackwell was also co-chair of the Ohio Republican party in 2004.

On Feb. 07, 2012, the Clinton-appointed judge Algernon L. Marbley (1997) allowed the 2004 ballots to be destroyed and ordered the case closed for alleged lack of evidence to take it to trial. Marbley later resigned the Ohio State Trustee board over scadalous ethics violations and a flurry of proved false sexual accusations against OSU's band director Jon Waters that AFI covered in detail.

How do we know? A Republican "guru" engineer from the 2004 Bush-Kerry presidential contest—Michael Connell— lost his life mysteriously just six weeks after his deposition that proved that the election was rigged. This deposition was not made public by a Clinton-appointed judge until 2011. Connell was killed before he could be formally subpoenaed as a formal witness. Connell was the former information technology guru for the Bush family and Karl Rove.

We pray that your memory will be eternal and that your death will not have been in vain. Pray for us. Tellingly, the transcript of Connell's Nov. 3, 2008 "smoking gun" deposition (one day before Barack Obama's election on Nov. 4, 2008) was not released by the Clinton-appointed judge, Algernon L. Marbley, until three years later on Jul. 15, 2011—seven years after Ohio's citizens were defrauded in the 2004 presidential election. The Ohio Secretary of State in charge of the election was J. Kenneth Blackwell who also co-chaired the Ohio Republican Party.

Marbley was fired in disgrace from the Ohio State Board of Trustees last year after it was discovered he had failed to disclose his longstanding breach of State ethics rules that prohibit a trustee from being employed by the university where he or she is a trustee. Marbley was an adjunct law professor at Ohio State. His excuse was not credible.

Before being fired, Marbley had participated in the unconscionable firing of the university's beloved marching band director, Jon Waters, on attorney-fabricated pretense. Hindsight says Waters' success on the field with his Apple i-Pad-based animated formations was disturbing the university's collusion with IBM and The Eclipse Foundation discussed in this post.

Perhaps this explains why John Kerry is so cynical and uncaring as U.S. Secretary of State. The RNC-DNC "Establishment" screwed him out of the presidency in favor of Bush because Bush was cooperating in crafting the secret White House spy intelligence agency started under Clinton. Perhaps this explains the very evidently flawed and uncaring Iran deal that Kerry negotiated—America screwed me, so now I screw America?

LinkedIn's founder and long-time Kvamme collaborator is Facebook director Reid Hoffman who famously advocates for "the death of personal privacy." Yet another Facebook director is Peter Thiel who just gave a speech about his gay-ness to the RNC convention. Suspiciously, Thiel appears to be Facebook's token Trump supporter. Thiel is likely a Hillary trojan horse.

It seems unlikely that Thiel told Donald Trump's staff about his massive conflicts of interest or his theft of Leader Technologies' social networking invention before allowing him to speak about his gay-ness at the Republican convention in Cleveland this week.

Backroom maneuvering among the dnc-rnc establishment to force  their way back into the game

The evident explanation for John Kasich's belligerent refusal to keep his promise to support Donald Trump is that backroom deals among the RNC and DNC Establishments have likely concocted a scheme to put their handpicked candidates back in the drivers’ seats once they get rid of Donald Trump this fall by causing his defeat in swing states. Trump has said publicly that this is a “rigged system.” He says he knows better than anyone else what’s going on. And that he is the best guy to fix it.

In fact, the system only needs to be used in swing precincts in the battleground states. Change those vote totals and you ensure your candidate victory despite what The People have voted. The generally acknowledged 11 battleground states are Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin.

Hillary has already paid Facebook to rig elections

On Sep. 26, 2009, Hillary Clinton and the State Department started contracting with Facebook for a “template for winning elections.”

A partial record of these contracts was uncovered by the persistent watchdog Judicial Watch in their FOIA requests. John Kerry's State Department had stonewalled public knowledge of these contracts.

Never mind that Hillary obstructed justice by entering these contracts while Columbus, Ohio innovator Leader Technologies was suing Facebook for patent infringement of their social networking invention. Leader later proved before a jury that the engine running Facebook is their invention on 11 of 11 claims.

Also, never mind that tampering with U.S. elections by federal officials is illegal. Americans need to get angry enough to stop this nonsense.

2004 Ohio presidential vote count was fraudulent—How?.

Swing state Ohio saw proven election rigging by Establishment Republicans in 2004.

Tellingly, software engineer, Michael Connell, the whistleblower who exposed the scheme, died mysterious in a small plane crash just six weeks after his deposition.

In the 2004 Kerry-Bush presidential contest, votes were “shifted” from Kerry to Bush by sending election-night data to a computer hosting site in Tennessee.

The vote totals were then "shifted" (a euphemism for doctored) and sent back to the Ohio Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell who overwrote the real totals with the "shifted" ones.

THE FIXERS

The intermediary between Ohio and Tennessee was a Dr. Alan Dillman.

Dillman was then an associate professor of management information systems for Cedarville University in Springfield, Ohio. He was hired by the Secretary of State as an election consultant and was given full access to the raw voting results as they came in from Ohio's 88 counties.

The "Man in the Middle"

Dillman's real task was to be the "man in the middle."

Dillman passed the vote data sent to him from the Secretary of State's central vote repository to the secret Tennessee server.

The handlers in Tennessee then changed the vote totals so they looked credible; slowly "shifting" the percentages in George W. Bush's favor.

Remember Karl Rove and his infamous greaseboard? Well, it turns out that he was only pretending to wonder what was happening in Ohio (and elsewhere?). In reality, his Tennessee servers were fabricating the desired results based on his instructions the moment he went off camera. Then, he'd go back on camera and opine disingenuously to the "surprising" shift in the results. Rove's shift. Rove's fraud. These are criminal offenses.

Once this Dillman man-in-the-middle process started, the Secretary of State's central repository was a sham, was never accurate, and only reflected the shifted numbers from Tennessee.

Surprisingly, Dillman has written his ten years working at Cedarville University completely out of his current LinkedIn resume.

Hillary & DNC stole votes from Bernie Sanders in 11 State primaries

The same election watchdogs who proved the Ohio 2004 presidential election fraud have also proven that Hillary stole the Democratic primary from Bernie Sanders. < See Protecting Our Elections (2016).

News Update Jul. 23, 2016—More proof Bernie was screwed

Shortly after we published this post—including our research on how primary votes in 11 States were shifted from Bernie Sanders to Hillary—hacker Guccifer 2.0 and WikiLeaks released a trove of new DNC documents proving that the DNC and Hillary conspired privately to block Sanders' primary challenge. This new development is being covered extensively, so we will cite just one of the articles here.

DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz wrote in May that Sanders "isn't going to be president" and in April that he “has no understanding of” the Democratic Party.

These are the actions of dictators folks. Forget the political issues, this is unadulterated corruption that a free people must reject and jail. Wasserman Shultz had a solemn duty to be impartial.

Question: What can I do?

Answer: Mess up their conspirators' nests. Take citizen control of your voting processes. Don't trust the career bureaucrats; assume they're in somebody's pocket.

Get organized! Now!

Don’t take “no” or “it’s a problem” for an answer.

Readers are encouraged to demand that your state implement verifiable soup-to-nuts counting and auditing on the night of the election. Free and fair elections is a bedrock Constitutional right! This fraud must be caught while it is happening. See Fig. 2 above for monitoring and auditing priorities.

As the Ohio 2004 fraud proves, filing an election fraud lawsuit is an exercise in futility. The damage is already done. On election night, be vigilant to ensure your vote totals are accurate. Don't be rushed. Get it right. Ensure that the count is not "shifted" like Ohio's in 2004 and Bernie's in 2016.

Remember, vote counting is largely the domain of lawyers and techies.

Add honest broker accountants to the auditors. Make sure your election monitors know both the law, accounting and technology. Do not allow the wool to be pulled over your eyes with techno speak either legally or technically. Use common sense. Assume that if a process can be rigged, it is being rigged.

'Find the Dillmans'

Each of your states has much talent and expertise. Use it!

Ensure that the watchdogs have NO associations with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, IBM and other members of the IBM Eclipse Foundation spy state Cartel. We must stop these criminals in their tracks while we still have a Republic worth saving.
