(Dec. 17, 2017)—On Dec. 13, 2017, Rod Rosenstein, Deputy Attorney General, testified before the House Judiciary Committee about the evident conflicts of interest within the DOJ/FBI's Trump-Russia investigation.

His body language betrayed him. He is very evidently a subordinate covering for his real boss Special Counsel Robert Mueller, not Jeff Sessions and Donald Trump.

Rosenstein not so deftly refused to answer most questions.

Rosenstein refused repeatedly to comment when asked direct questions. Instead, he repeated the now hackneyed lawyer scam: “I cannot comment on an ongoing investigation.” We now realize that this deceptive only-for-lawyers rule allows lawyers to scam the public. It gives their crony judge friends the excuse to turn a blind eye to all manner of illegal conduct. Even the William & Mary Law Bill of Rights Law Journal called it "Getting Away With Silence."

Rosenstein fidgeted with his notes, looked away, looked down, nervously laughed, smirked, glared, peered at the questioner from the corners of his eyes. Psychologists say these are classic body language signals of deception.  See for yourself: C-Span Video.

Horowitz's dubious Leaks

Before the hearing, DOJ Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz had leaked 375 salacious, anti-Trump texts between FBI chief of counterintelligence Peter P. Strzok and his lover Lisa Page, herself an FBI attorney in the Office of General Counsel.

The official line from Mueller's office was that following the revelation of these anti-Trump texts, Mueller removed Strzok from the investigation, reassigned him to human resources, and sent Page packing to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Political observers don't believe Mueller's stated reason since it is well known that all, or practically all, of Mueller's team were anti-Trump. If he used that logic consistently for all his employees, he'd fire most of his staff, as Congressman Jordan wryly pointed out. So, that cannot be the real reason.

National security experts are equally skeptical. They say such revelations of fraternization among FBI officials are by themselves grounds for immediate revocation of security clearances and dismissal, not simply reassignment and a slap on the wrist.

Remarkably, one of Horowitz's letters of recommendation in his confirmation was from David W. Ogden (24.1 MB), Assistant Attorney General. Ogden was also a close DOJ colleague to Robert S. Mueller, James B. Comey, Eric J. Holder, Jr., James P. Chandler, III,, Rod J. Rosenstein and Andrew Weismann.

In short, Mueller's softball treatment telegraphs that the real purpose for the leak appears to be to protect Strzok and Page. Experts are certain that Mueller is responding lawlessly to the leak and revelations of an affair among senior FBI officials.

Page: “God Trump is loathsome human.”

Despite Strzok's seething political bias, Mueller assigned him to the Trump-Russia election meddling investigation anyway. Mueller is either an idiot himself, or calculating, and we don't think he’s an idiot.

Strzok called Donald Trump an “idiot” multiple times. Page called him a “loathsome human.” Strzok wrote: “God, Hillary should win 100,000,000 - 0.” More concerning was their discussion on how to “protect the country from that menace.”

Their texts discussed a treasonous meeting in then Acting FBI Director Andrew M. McCabe’s office:

Strzok/Page: “there’s no way he gets elected  . . . I want to believe that  . . . but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk . . . we have to do something about it.”

Later, Strzok edited James Comey’s Hillary Clinton exoneration letter from “gross negligence” (factually illegal) to “extreme carelessness” (not even a legal term).

Tellingly, Rosenstein seemed to explain away Strzok's conduct by voicing the excuse that FBI agents are allowed their personal political opinions, and are professional enough to keep them separate from their work.

If you believe that personal political opinions don't affect professional actions in this case, then you are the idiots, Messrs. Rosenstein and Strzok. Evidently, you picked each other to run this investigation, out of all the tens of thousands of capable attorneys. Your biases drove your decisions! Any reasonable person can see that clearly.

Stench of FBI / DOJ corruption wafts well beyond Wal-Mart

Rosenstein's answer about private political opinions was too quick and rehearsed to be credible. At this stage, he and his cronies have lied so often that we are all wise to them now. Strzok said: "Just went to a southern Virginia Walmart. I could SMELL the Trump support…" By contrast, their stench wraps the planet.

We have just learned that our long-time FBI Chief of Counterterrorism, Peter Strzok, has been working with Mueller, Rosenstein, Chandler, Comey, Holder, Obama and many others to establish America's secret espionage machine as the controlling political party.

We also learned that they loath average Americans along with our President.

Rosenstein to Congress: You must wait for DOJ Inspector General Horowitz, he’s got a $100 million budget

Rosenstein deferred repeatedly to a coming January 2018 report from the DOJ Inspector General.

Tellingly, Rosenstein emphasized that Horowitz had a $100 million budget, telegraphing that the report would be massive, full of redactions and unintelligible to the smelly Deplorables at Wal-Mart.

Report size will be directly proportional to the level of corruption

AFI corruption researchers have observed that the more pages a government "finding" generates, the more corrupt the agency.

Senior judiciary nominees often testify to the Senate Judiciary Committee prior to their confirmation.

Confirmation is generally a given, but not universally. Prior to a confirmation hearing, the nominee must prepare a “Statement” where he or she answers specific questions about their background. They must describe in great detail their past employment, key accomplishments, significant events, publications, speeches, memberships, trusteeships, directorships, articles, media appearances, financial disclosure and significant relationships.  

The Statement rules require nominees to certify that they will be ethical and avoid even the appearance of impropriety in their work for We the People.

Horowitz certified his commitment to be ethical in his Statement, albeit in a backhanded way that is typical of these Deep State slime ball attorneys. He says he consults with unnamed others. He references an ethics agreement not submitted to the Senate (and can therefore be changed at any time since it does not go into the Senate record). He says he will follow the recommendations of unnamed other ethics people. Again, who can check?

This is outrageously deceptive conduct from THE very DOJ guy who spent ten years roaming the planet speaking on ethics and compliance!

1. Recuse or be fired
Michael Horowitz must recuse himself or be fired forthwith from further work on the Trump-Russia investigation. His fraudulent manipulation of the rules by releasing the Strzok-Page texts insured that those two could not be prosecuted for that evidence since any trial would be tainted by Horowitz's own hand. He protected them, which he will continue to do for all his cronies.

Chelsea Clinton

On Sep. 22, 2011, Barry Diller appointed Chelsea Clinton, then a college student, to be a director of IAC/Interactivecorp which has a current market value of $10 billion. At the same time, Diller appointed Sonali De Rycker of Accel Partners LLP London and formerly Goldman Sachs. Accel is the largest inside shareholder in Facebook after Mark Zuckerberg.

Outrageous: Diller / IAC & Google Money laundering? Most likely.

It should also be noted that on Mar. 11, 2009, IAC/Interactivecorp received what has been, in effect, a PERMANENT CONFIDENTIALITY EXEMPTION from the SEC from reporting its Google AdSense revenue numbers in its public reporting. This is totally outrageous. See the redacted revenue numbers from Google AdSense on IAC/Interactivecorp's 10-K, Exhibit 10-25 on Mar. 11, 2009.

Chelsea was appointed to the IAC/Interactivecorp board of directors on Sep. 22, 2011 with Accel Partners' (Facebook) Sonali De Rycker. Since Chelsea was just a college student at the time, the evident reason for her appointment was her association with Bill & Hillary Clinton, as Chelsea's SEC disclosure verifies. See Fig. 4 below.

Michael Eisner is a Barry Diller rogue C.I.A. cardboard cut out

Earlier that year, on Mar. 15,  2011, Diller appointed his serial protégé and former Disney CEO Michael D. Eisner to the IAC board also. According to Eisner's biography, he has dutifully followed Diller around most of his career—from NBC, CBS, ABC Paramount to Disney.

Following Hillary Clinton’s 2016 election loss to Donald Trump, on Mar. 17, 2017, Barry Diller appointed Chelsea to be a director of Expedia, which has a current market value of $18.6 billion.

Chelsea's FAcebook & Accel PArtners buddies—rogue C.I.A.

Chelsea’s fellow IAC director Sonali De Rycker is a too-cute-by-half “Silicon Valley Girl” cut out and former Goldman Sachs banker who directs the London office for Accel Partners LLP. Accel is Facebook’s largest inside investor. It was founded by Harvardian James W. Breyer who was Facebook’s first chairman and venture capitalist.

On May 13, 2004, Breyer was elected chairman of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) along with other globalist directors including Gilman Louie. Louie was installed by the rogue C.I.A. to run its “private” venture capital company In-Q-Tel by Bill Clinton, Larry Summers and the Highlands Group secret and illegal U.S. Department of Defense "public-private" think tank. Other NVCA directors with Breyer included Fidelity Investments (Facebook’s largest mutual fund investor) and Kleiner Perkins (Google’s lead investor).

Neither Hillary nor Obama disclosed these massive conflicts of interest and media biases to the American public while they ran our government, interfered in Leader v. Facebook and Ceglia v. Zuckerberg, and ran for President.

Chelsea’s association with De Rycker of Accel Partners should have placed all of Clinton’s Facebook associations off limits while she was Secretary of State.

Instead, Hillary paid Facebook starting on Nov. 26, 2009 to write a “template for winning elections” directed by Russian Dmitry Shevelenko. Hillary’s intimate and illegal Facebook relationship while Secretary of State obstructed justice in the patent infringement trial of Leader v. Facebook, as well as in Ceglia v. Zuckerberg, since she was showing bias to a litigant in a federal case.

Hillary also openly promoted Facebook, Google and Twitter as "eDiplomacy" tools in a Council on Foreign Relations speech written for her on Jul. 09, 2009 by her rogue State Department advisor Sidney Blumenthal. She even issued a four-part Facebook User Guide for State Department employees

Recent FOIA requests to see the communication between the State Department and Facebook during the Leader v. Facebook trial continues to be stonewalled by the State Department. For example, Facebook Field Guide Part 2, page 3 actually published a U.S. Statement Department Facebook email address.

A month earlier, on Jul. 14, 1999, Bill Clinton issued Executive Order 13130 that formed the National Infrastructure Assurance Council (NIAC). The stated goal was to coordinate "effort by both government and private sector entities to address threats to our Nation's critical infrastructure." Hindsight shows that NAIC has been a main vehicle for the weaponization of the social networking invention stolen by the rogue C.I.A.

A month later, on Sep. 29, 1999, the Central Intelligence Agency (C.I.A.) formed In-Q-Tel and hired it first CEO, Gilman Louie. In-Q-Tel violated the laws forbidding government ownership of private business, especially on an unaccountable global scale as C.I.A. In-Q-Tel has become.

Daddy Edgar M. Bronfman, Sr. has had known, close associations with the C.I.A. through its OSI Branch (Office of Scientific Intelligence, 1949).  He is touted as the primary backer of Columbia economics professor couple Graciela Chichilnisky and Peter Eisenberger, founders of Global Thermostat (2010).

While Eisenberger was mentor to future Obama Energy Secretary Stephen Chu at AT&T Bell Labs (Chu was Obama's energy stimulus giveaway director in 2009 that literally created Elon Musk out of whole cloth), Chichilnisky mentored Jeff Bezos. This is certainly a cozy group of elitist insiders.

In fact, Bezos’ resume says that upon graduation he turned down job offers from Intel, Bell Labs, and Andersen Consulting to work for Chichilnisky in her start-up named Fitel. They were attempting to corner the market in electronic financial trading, but the technology did not come along until Columbus innovator Leader Technologies invented social networking and solved the “scalability” problem.

Bezos’ grandfather worked for the Atomic Energy Commission and DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, 1948)—both rogue C.I.A. fronts for stealing whatever technology they thought they needed and could profit from among their "public-private" insiders.

In 1988, Bezos went to work for Banker’s Trust as a product manager. Banker’s Trust is a well-known rogue C.I.A. money laundering operation.

In 1990, Bezos went to work for a new hedge fund named D.E. Shaw. He eventually became vice president in 1994. Tellingly, ten years later, Lawrence H. Summers left Harvard as President (after being Zuckerberg's godfather to create the fake Facebook Harvard origins narrative) to become managing partner at Bezos' D.E. Shaw hedge fund, before becoming Barack Obama’s director of the National Economic Council in charge of the so-called “bank bailout.” The totally fabricated crisis gifted $100's of billions of dollars to globalist banks including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and others.

In 1998, Bezos was an early investor in Google.

Bezos is either a financial genius, or he is corrupt as can be.

Never mind that his mentor Graciela Chichilnisky is the creator of the Kyoto Protocols on carbon credits that gave birth to global warming-ism. That’s right, she's an economist, not even a scientist!

Never mind that Diller’s former IAC executive vice president, Julius Genachowski, was Obama’s chairman of the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) overseeing Net Neutrality. Did we mention that Genachowski attended Harvard Law School with Barack Obama.

One of the largest government sponsored industrial espionage thefts of copyrights, trade secrets, and patents in modern times was the theft of scalable social networking inventions. The technology and programming code that underlie Facebook, Gmail, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and most the other large-scale social networking companies runs on Leader Technologies' intellectual property.

It was stolen by a group of criminal lawyers, judges, spies and bankers working with complete impunity and in total disregard for the law. Under the guise of the IBM Eclipse Foundation, James P. Chandler III (who was a national security advisor and top White House attorney) led the group of criminals who, interestingly enough, are also appearing in the news currently due to their most recently discovered crimes, along with John Podesta, Robert Mueller, Rod Rosenstein, John Breyer, James Breyer, Larry Summers, Yuri Milner, Alisher Usmanov, Mark Zuckerberg, Sheryl Sandberg, Bill and Hillary Clinton, and a host of others who are not so well known.

Usually, we see them stealing oil, gold, uranium and other resources, but this time they stole the very software code that is utilized by the largest tech companies in America, Europe, Russia, China, South America, and anywhere else they could market it—making trillions of dollars in the process.

They carved up the globe and the markets in each region, giving each criminal a piece of the market using Leader Technologies' stolen trade secrets.

Eric Schmidt took America and Europe, Chandler got South America, Summers and his side-kick, Sheryl Sandberg, joined Schmidt in taking America. Yuri Milner, Alisher Usmanov and Summers got Russia; the Breyers got China, and a host of fake tech-lords became the front-men for all of the various social networks we see cropping up everywhere—the richest companies in the world - Google, Facebook, Amazon. The criminals got filthy rich off the back of a hard-working, creative American entrepreneur—Michael McKibben.

What did Leader Technologies get? Seventeen years of lies, deceit, legal maneuvering, patent tricks, industrial espionage, betrayal, governmental manipulation, frauds on the courts, and a $10 million dollar legal bill—as well as seven lawsuits brought against Leader Technologies itself as an attempt to bankrupt them.

Part 2 of 6: The Evil Tech Cartel Weaponizing Social Media

Patent theft is accomplished through the Patent Trial and Appeals Board (PTAB) and the many laws that allow the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to confiscate and control any patent deemed a national security issue. Once confiscated, the inventor is not compensated for the out-right theft of the patent. Stiff penalties, including incarceration, accompany these seemingly "illegal" patent laws that can steal any patent that the military (Department of Defense) or cyber-intelligence (all 17 agencies) considers a patent that could be turned into a weapon.

Once stolen, the government uses a complex group of public, and secret, defense agencies, corporate contractors, and crooked bankers to fund the weaponization of trade secrets, patents, copyrights and other forms of intellectual property. Usually, the government builds in a "back-door" to the technology—so that they can control and manipulate the weaponized property. Then, they fund a "front-man" as a stooge to run a private corporation that is built on the weaponized invention.

The dummy company gets tens of millions of dollars in initial investments. Its underwriters then inflate valuations that turn into billions when the fake private corporation later hits the stock market. These fake front-men, pseudo-military corporations, stolen patents, and corrupt defense contractors then magically become the largest corporations in the world—Google (NSA), Facebook (NSA and CIA programs), Amazon (NSA and CIA) and on and on down the line of the huge tech corporations that are consuming everything around them in league with the ill-intent of the military and intelligence agencies.

Leader Technologies' inventions fueled dozens of the largest corporations in the world. It was out-right industrial espionage at the highest governmental levels that led to the theft of Leader's trade secrets, copyrights, and patents.

Part 3 of 6: Leader vs. Facebook: Zuckerberg's Theft of Social Media

Many people are aware that Mark Zuckerberg has had to settle out of court again and again over his theft of the social network that he called "Facebook."

What they don't know, perhaps, is that Zuckerberg was one of the fake tech-lords who got his invention from James Chandler's and Larry Summers' efforts to apply the technology they stole from Leader and was being disseminated through the IBM Eclipse Foundation.

Zuckerberg is obviously a fake who admits that he "doesn't write code anymore." The supposed greatest "code writer" of our time isn't interested in writing code now and appears to know little about the many hundreds of thousands of code lines used to create Facebook. Zuckerberg is obviously a front-man, and not a very good one.

The confused stories he tells about Facebook can be made sense of when they are told by the true inventor who did write the code for the greatest software advancement of our time. Listening to Michael McKibben explain the source code reveals, just in his words, that he is the true inventor.

Part 4 of 6: Internet Global Dominance: Military Cyber Warfighting

When Michael McKibben and his software engineers created their quantum leap in technology to almost infinite scalability with their social networking invention, they planned to implement a moral system that respected personal property and privacy and envisioned a new "age of freedom of information." While Leader Technologies assumed that the government might want to use their invention, they had no way of knowing that the government intended to use it for the exact opposite moral purposes: to take away the user's freedom and surveil everything in their lives.

Michael was trying to advance the industry and certainly would have never believed that his own government might become his enemy as he resisted the whole-sale theft and weaponization of his inventions. How could Leader Technologies know that the most-respected patent attorney in America was also the most corrupt?

Who could have predicted that the NSA, CIA, FBI and other intelligence agencies would come to control the Internet, social networks, and every communication and broadcast in America—in contra-distinction to US laws and civil liberties. To witness the twisted uses of Leader's original idea must have been maddening.

What is a beautiful idea when implemented as originally designed, it would be a tool of higher human development.

However, thanks to a thieving government, it was turned into a dark web of pornography, gambling, haters, bank scams and total military surveillance. The Internet that we once thought to be a harmless digital tool for greater communications became, in the end, the global network of control of industry, commerce, education, and our personal lives. Most American's lives would change drastically without the social network scalability invented by Leader Technologies.

Part 5 of 6: Leader Technologies' Winning Solution: Un-Weaponize the Internet

Leader Technologies' Michael McKibben has a solution to the problem of the US military and intelligence agency's control of the cyber-warfare experiment called the Internet. The Department of Defense created the Internet which was originally called ARPANET, after the Department of Defense agency called DARPA. These groups have incubated and funded the principle components of the Internet, from the cables it runs on, to the routers every communication runs through, to the micro-processors inside every computer, to the software that makes it work.

All areas of our modern Internet-life were created for military purposes - not to create a system of world-wide free information as Leader Technologies first envisioned. The tech-lords' monopolies can easily be turned off through one of two plans that the shareholders of Leader Technology have devised. Both plans end the control of the Internet by governmental military and intelligence agencies. Both plans are a win-win scenario for every American. Both plans help bring America back to a lawful society where the innovations and inventions of Americans are treated with respect and not usurped for military weaponization.

The social networking systems that have arisen from Leader's inventions were meant to expand human freedoms, not suppress them. Only through a complete revamping of the system, and the removal of all government spying and control of information, can we end the drive to centralize all information access via Google, AT&T, Verizon, Amazon, Apple, Yahoo, etc., through communication via Gmail, Instagram, etc., and through social networking via Facebook, SnapChat, and many other companies.

The Internet must be freed from corruption, surveillance, and a contrived monopoly of information that rules our lives and imprisons information instead of freeing it.

Part 6 of 6: Real Russian Meddling in the Election: Facebook's Template to Win

Eric Schmidt and Mark Zuckerberg used Google and Facebook to manipulate users during the 2008 and 2016 presidential elections. The Facebook "Template for Winning Elections" was written by a Russian. This program was used by Obama in the 2008 election to win and during the 2016 election, Obama set up a political war-room that utilized the Template to Win officially under the egis of the U.S. Digital Service—a service used by Democrats and RINO Republicans against Trump Republicans.

On Feb. 17, 2011, President Obama toasted their deception of the American public and the world with 13 members of the IBM Eclipse Foundation NSA Deep Spy State cartel in Silicon Valley. Schmidt has been so bold as to brag about his billion dollar efforts to get Obama and Hillary into the White House by writing new algorithms that direct users to rigged sites and ads that support his candidates. Zuckerberg has tried to hide his crimes by lying about Russian ads and hiding his Template to Win, but the head of the Global Engagement Center has told the press that he used Facebook to target and attack US citizens throughout the election.

Zuckerberg now must answer to why Yuri Milner and other Russians own large amounts of Facebook shares. Mark also needs to answer why his best friend and investor ($200 million), the Russian Yuri Milner now lives in Silicon Valley and buys political and corporate support like it is popcorn. The tech-lord corruption is out of control and the US government is complicit.
