On Jan. 17, 1961, in his farewell address (view actual 1961 TV broadcast clips), President Dwight D. Eisenhower warned us about the threat to liberty and the democratic process from unwarranted influences within the “military industrial complex.”

"We must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence . . . by the military industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists, and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes."

He should know. He led the world armies in defeating Nazi Germany in World War II. Eisenhower feared the very military tools he used to defeat global tyranny would become tyrannical themselves in peace time.

Today, the C.I.A. has abused secrecy to amass unwarranted power and wealth, just as President Eisenhower feared.

(Jul. 30, 2015)—Whistleblowers have confirmed that the C.I.A. secretly funded the meteoric rise of social media in 2004 using social networking inventions stolen from Columbus, Ohio innovator Leader Technologies.

The conduits for this theft were: (1) IBM via (2) The Eclipse Foundation, IBM's then inside counsel (3) David J. Kappos (later Obama's Patent Office director), Leader's patent attorney, former George Washington University Law Professor (4) James P. Chandler, and (5) Eric H. Holder, Jr. (later Obama's Attorney General).

Any technology stolen by a lawless C.I.A. is itself lawless

The C.I.A., Eclipse, Kappos, Holder and Chandler formed The Eclipse Foundation on Nov. 29, 2001 as the stealth vehicle by which they would claim IBM copyright ownership of Leader's ideas, then release Leader’s invention as “Open Source.” See previous post.

Bottom line, social media has a wholly lawless foundation. The C.I.A.’s cronies in Silicon Valley and Wall Street are doubling down on this corruption in an evident attempt to conceal the dirty secrets about their origins. They are stonewalling and trying to shout down truth tellers.

This Cartel is speeding up its data-control activity while Obama is still in office. For example:

• IBM’s “The Internet of Things” promotion has cranked up.
• Xerox has come out of the woodwork.
• Microsoft just released Windows 10—free (apparently stealing and selling user data is more lucrative than selling software, despite their pabulum about piracy).
• Promotion of “the Cloud” is everywhere.
• Common Core is being shoved down the States’ throats.
• Massive Open Online Coures (MOOC) is being implemented in universities across the country.
• Net Neutrality is law, for now.
• HealthCare.gov is advertising extensively for new targets.
• Under his “Datapalooza” program, Obama’s chief technology officer, Todd Y. Park, released mountains of research "big data" on individual Americans out of government data stores, much of it healthcare related. (Park took his company, Castlight Health, public during that time with nary a word from the S.E.C. about that glaring conflict of interest.)
• The federal government allowed over 22 million detailed federal employment portfolios to be hacked.
• AFI has been warning about this disturbing pattern for years. Now, it is finally becoming obvious to all. Seemingly random, misguided or incompetent Presidential activities, and those of his agency heads, suddenly fit together once one understands the true agenda. They were not fired because as true believers they were only following the Cartel orders.

 

The unholy grail: "Dark Profiles" on every citizen in America and on the planet

All these developments serve one goal: to populate the “dark profiles” of the Facebook–CIA Cartel so that citizens can be digitally manipulated for decades.

The Eclipse Foundation gave away Leader’s invention by re-labeling it with an IBM copyright and giving it away as their “Open Source” Eclipse IDE (Interface Development Environment) starting with Version 1.0 in Nov. 2001.

Leader fully debugged a key module on Oct. 28, 2003. Coincidentally, that is the same night that Mark Zuckerberg hacked into the dormitory computers at Harvard to steal student photos.

Harvard president Larry Summers never seemed surprised by Zuckerberg's illegal activity. Now we know why – he was in on the C.I.A.’s plan, along with the "PayPal Mafia" consisting of:

• James W. Breyer,
• Peter Thiel,
• Reid Hoffman,
• Matt Cohler,
• Joseph Lonsdale,
• (Yuri Milner and Sheryl K. Sandberg were lurking in the shadows—Summers' protégés from his days as chief economist for the World Bank).

The PayPal "Mafia" moniker appears to be a factual description. This was (and remains) organize crime at its best. Breyer's other Accel Partners are on this list as well as his fellow National Venture Capital Association directors at Vanguard, Fidelity and In-Q-Tel.

Just 13 weeks later:

• On Feb. 2-5, 2004, Eclipse released its first debugged version 3.0 during IBM's first EclipseCON'04.
• On Feb. 4, 2004, Facebook launched. Imagine that! ... and you thought Zuckerberg wrote the code. Sucker!

 

How deeply has the C.I.A. shadow state penetrated American domestic life?

For grins, let’s look at HealthCare.gov. There we see the same circumstance. They offer links to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube (Google) and Google—all IBM Eclipse Foundation members—all using Eclipse code funded by the C.I.A. (but stolen from Leader Technologies).

Congressional deception: The illusion of feedback diversity

Americans are given the illusion of a diversity of feedback options, when in reality, 100% of the Congressional feedback data is fed straight to the C.I.A. shadow state and their commercial cronies for permanent storage in “dark profiles” on every citizen in America.

The C.I.A. shadow state knows all (they aren't even supposed to operate inside the United States—by charter)

Are you comfortable with an un-elected, self-appointed, Harvard-hubris dominated shadow state called the C.I.A.—an intelligence agency that doesn't even have a charter to operate inside U.S. borders—owning and managing every morsel of digital data about you?

Are you comfortable with the C.I.A.—a proven child predator—owning and managing every morsel of education data about your child (Common Core, MOOC)?

Perhaps not since J. Edgar Hoover’s reign of terror at the F.B.I. have we seen this level of intelligence misconduct in American life.

IBM / C.I.A. on the move

This will perfect their hold on the embedded infrastructure of the Internet before Obama leaves office. IBM sold 750 "junk" patents to Facebook two months before the Facebook IPO and is Chandler's client. Chandler and former IBMer David J. Kappos launched IBM as the mother of all "patent trolls" in the late 1990's. It's no surprise that Obama appointed Kappos director of the Patent Office in 2009. Chandler looms large in Obama's hidden agenda.

Are Facebook's phalanx of attorney firms the equivalent of Hitler's Brown Shirts? IBM computers enabled Adolf Hitler to catalog Jews, Poles, gypsies, homosexuals and other undesireables before World War II. Many millions of those souls perished in the Nazi death camps. Now, Facebook is helping IBM and the C.I.A. build secret "dark profiles" on every American citizen via Facebook, HealthCare.gov, transportation, the "cloud," couponing, gaming and IRS "big data."

In-Q-Tel—privately funded C.I.A. intelligence—Adolf Hitler would be jealous

The difference this time is that the C.I.A. was somehow permitted to set up a PRIVATE venture capital arm, In-Q-Tel. This private company funds technology deals that generate tens of billion of dollars in revenue that the C.I.A. plows back into building its castle walls higher and more impenetrable. How would we know? It's all hidden behind "national secrets" smoke and mirrors. The spy-state is very evidently running America now. Congress is being toyed with and is just along for the ride?

National security has become the catch-all excuse to hide all these activities from public scrutiny.

President Obama is currently in Kenya lecturing the Kenyans to be less corrupt. This is the pot calling the kettle black given the level of corruption that his administration unleashed through his cronies at the C.I.A., led by his Harvard legal mentor, Professor James P. Chandler.

What’s the solution?

1. Defund, dismantle and prosecute the scoundrels with a real Attorney General, not the Cartel crony currently sitting in that chair; she's just following taskmaster orders.
2. Stop using / boycott their stuff.
3. Uninstall cameras and microphones on your devices.
4. Watch for stealth installs of cameras and microphones.
5. Boycott their advertisers (the money feeding them).
6. Dismantle their “dark profile” servers globally (they hope you think they are too big to fail).
7. Unplug your computer from the grid when you aren’t using it (most of their snooping is done after you’ve gone to bed or left the office).
8. Take your battery out of your devices; they can turn your devices on remotely thanks to companies like Palantir (PayPal/LinkedIn's Peter Thiel and Joseph Lonsdale).
9. Stop downloading games, coupons and titillation.
10. Take control of your digital life; stop being led around by a nose ring.
11. Demand justice for the many victims of this conspiracy.
12. Ask Congress to compensate the real inventors of social networking (e.g., Leader Technologies, Dr. Lakshmi Arunachalam, Johannes van der Meer)(since the Judicial Branch joined the dark side along with the Executive Branch). With those dollars the true innovators will be able to implement their inventions correctly, rationally, ethically, and in a way that respects children, decency, privacy, innovation and property.

If we allow these people to succeed, then our Republic will likely be incinerated by this corruption.

We cannot allow them to succeed.

AFI investigators have updated their timeline to include the latest moves on Feb. 26, 2015 by President Obama's FCC cronies to seize cyber control. Click here (or in the upper right sidebar). Especially telling was a little publicized meeting on Mar. 02, 2015—four days later—between President Obama and his senior adviser, Valerie Jarrett, with six prime movers of the illegitimate The Eclipse Foundation: IBM, Xerox, Qualcomm, Micron Technology, Dell and EMC. The takeover of the Internet by well-funded corporations using the power of the U.S. government to bully inventors and confiscate their property without compensation is coming out of the closet.

Apparently not satisfied having one The Eclipse Foundation from which to steal inventions, these companies have opened a second front named "AllSeen Alliance," ostensibly to "accelerate" the "Internet of Everywhere." It walks and talks just like an Eclipse duck though. Of all the names to pick, the Masonic-esque sounding symbolism is curious.

The C.I.A. is a child predator

Secrecy laws are evil when they shield the guilty instead of protect the innocent.

THIS IS A STORY OF CAUSE AND EFFECT: On Jul. 13, 2015, PBS began airing Web Junkie by Israeli filmmakers Shosh Shlam and Hilla Medalia. They highlighted the health crisis of Internet addiction exploding among Chinese teenagers. China is the first country to formally classify an addiction that American parents know all too well. One boy insisted "Reality is too fake." The C.I.A.—via its hijack of cyber space with The Eclipse Foundation and IBM—is culpable for these predatory practices that lure children online via games, Facebook, Common Core, MOOC and a host of snooping apps. The C.I.A. (In-Q-Tel) has become a digital Pied Piper for the world's children. The C.I.A. and their legal, academic and commercial cronies' secret agenda is to collect our children's demographic data ("Big Data"—"The Cloud"—"Analytics"), store it in "dark profiles," then titillate and manipulate them forever. In short, the C.I.A. and cronies have become child predators on an unprecedented global scale.

(Jul. 17, 2015)—U.S. law is clear. The mission of the Central Intelligence Agency (C.I.A.) is to collect and analyze information from foreign countries about potential risks to national security. There job is to pass that information along to U.S. government officials. See Senate Intelligence library.

The C.I.A. has no law enforcement or arrest authority, and can only investigate U.S. citizens suspected of terrorist activity in a foreign country. In short, their job is to gather information outside the U.S. By contrast, the FBI has law enforcement authority inside the U.S. and cannot operate outside the U.S.

C.I.A. has become a self-financing shadow state answering to Wall Street and Harvard hubris

However, the C.I.A.is managing, making and investing billions of dollars in the private financing of tech companies through its Silicon Valley venture capital company, In-Q-Tel, inside the U.S., protected by a dozen corrupt international law firms which need to be dismantled.

In-Q-Tel's Gilman Louie was appointed to the board of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) in 2004 when James W. Breyer became NVCA chairman along with Fidelity's Robert Ketterson and Kleiner Perkins' Ted Schlein.

Breyer was and is managing director of Accel Partners LLP, Facebook's largest investor and an uber-Harvard alum. IBM-Eclipse launched EclipseCON 2004 on Feb. 2-5, 2004. Facebook launched on Feb. 4, 2004. You do the "coincidental" math.

This all happened just a few months after Leader Technologies completed debugging of key elements of its patented invention in Columbus. In 2010, Leader proved that Facebook infringes its patent on all counts, yet the courts protected Facebook, only to learn afterwards that all the judges in the case were invested to the gills in Facebook interests, even Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr.

WikiLeaked emails from Austin-based Stratfor confirm that the C.I.A. provided much if not all of the early financing of Facebook. See previous post.

The evidence is now clear that IBM's Eclipse Foundation, under the C.I.A.'s direction, spawned the "social" tech world, which rose like a Phoenix in 2004 from the ashes of its inadequate client-server technologies after the theft of Columbus-based Leader Technologies' invention of social networking technology.

Using simple geometric logic:

• Lawless means "not governed by or obedient to laws."
• The CIA has no legal authority to operate broadly inside the U.S.
• The CIA is operating broadly inside the U.S.
• The CIA is operating lawlessly.

The C.I.A. investments in Facebook, IBM, The Eclipse Foundation are clearly outside its charter since it operates these companies inside the United States.

C.I.A. is operating lawlessly

With no charter to operate within U.S. borders, the following facts become unmistakable:

1. Facebook's creation was lawless.
2. Barack Obama's meteoritic rise via Facebook intelligence was lawless.
3. Barack Obama's lawless acts as President are founded on his reliance on a lawless C.I.A. intelligence machine.
4. The Patent Office's Facebook page is lawless.
5. America's children have been lured into using a lawless CIA-managed social platform to share with their friends. This is lawless and predatory.
6. American "social" advertising profits are founded on a lawless premise.
7. Silicon Valley's reliance on mobile is fueled by lawless Eclipse Foundation code (Eclipse IDE).
8. Federal courts, including FISA, and attorneys who protect the C.I.A. are lawless.
9. HealthCare.gov's reliance on the Eclipse IDE engine is lawless.
10. Wall Street's reliance on the Eclipse IDE engine is lawless.
11. The C.I.A./NSA's threats to tech companies for bulk metadata collection was lawless.

It was a real treat one day to have an esteemed university president, Malcolm Moos, address our undergraduate 20th Century American history class.

Our professor wanted us to hear directly from a primary source, and this one was an important historical figure. We were too young and lacked enough historical perspective to truly appreciate how important his message would be.

We were studying the Eisenhower Administration. As Ike was ending his second term as U.S. President in 1961, he asked his speech writer, Malcolm Moos, to focus on major new threats facing our country.

Moos told our class about his insights into what he named the “military-industrial complex.” He had lists of retired military officers who had become senior businessmen in the private defense industry. To him, this posed a great threat of undue influence.

This observation was consistent with Ike’s experience. One document in Moos’ archives (rediscovered in 2010) features a typewritten note from the president lamenting that when he joined the military in 1911, there were 84,000 Army soldiers — a number that had ballooned roughly tenfold by 1960. "The direct result of this continued high level of defense expenditures has been to create a permanent armaments industry of vast proportions, where none had existed before...”

Ike warned us about the “military industrial complex” in his farewell speech on January 17, 1961. It also echoed of Presidents Washington (in his Farewell Address) and Jefferson (in his inauguration speech) about the threat of our country becoming involved in entangling alliances abroad.

Moos’ threat is certainly even more of a concern today. With the insights we now have from Wikileaks and AFI, it is clear that this undue influence has mushroomed, and continues to pose a both a military major threat and a threat to our rights as citizens.

Revealing the details of these threats is one important step. The next steps in combating the abuses of power and putting into motion corrective actions are critical for the well-being every citizen of our republic.

On Jan. 17, 1961, President Dwight Eisenhower warned us to:

On Nov. 15, 2013, WikiLeaks released The Global Intelligence Files—over 5 million emails from the Texas headquartered “global intelligence” company Stratfor. The emails date between July 2004 and December 2011. They reveal the inner workings of a company that fronts as an intelligence publisher, but is in reality an arm of the CIA.

The emails show Stratfor’s convoluted web of informers, pay-off structure, payment laundering techniques and psychological methods. See previoius post Facebook propped up by global money launderers.

Stratfor-CIA trades on insider information with banks, tech and media cronies

Stratfor’s documents reveal their exploitation of government insider information to make money. Their former Goldman Sachs Managing Director, Shea Morenz, formed StratCap with other senior Stratfor executives using convoluted off-shore banks to make their trading appear independent.

Stratfor also did secret deals with dozens of media organizations and journalists, from Reuters to the Kiev Post, which they formally named their “Confederation Partners,” but privately called them their “Confed Fuck House.” Such relationships destroy all notions of a Free Press and are corrosive to a Republic where separation of powers is a core principle.

During the Cold War, the KGB ran a highly successful “Department of Disinformation” operation in the USA led by Colonel Vasily R. Sitnikov.

Stratfor appears to be plagiarizing Sitnikov’s book. Disinformation is the pollution of facts in an effort to steer the target toward desired outcomes. Sitnikov was highly successful at influencing the American media during the Vietnam War.

Today, the movie The Social Network is a good example of Stratfor-CIA disinformation. The evidence is now clear that Mark Zuckerberg did not invent social networking, Michael McKibben and Columbus, OH-based innovator Leader Technologies did.

However, to lure the general public into believing a Big Lie, euphamistically called "a different narrative" about Facebook’s origins, the C.I.A. hired Hollywood to exploit the general public’s ignorance of computer programming. They spun the yarn that Zuckerberg did it all by himself in less than two weeks. The mainstream media, NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, FOX played along too. The Stratfor revelations show us why the media supported the false Zuckerberg Harvard narrative—they were in on the deception. They wanted  the Facebook IPO that they were promised as the quid pro quo for their cooperation.

The Stratfor 2007 subscriber mail lists (spreadsheet files attached to PDF) unearthed by WikiLeaks was prepared more than a year before the so-called 2008 banking crisis. That "crisis" now appears nothing more than a cleverly packaged and intentional C.I.A. smokescreen to confuse the unsuspecting and seize digital controls globally. Never mind that billions of human beings on the planet were damaged.

George Soros’ security chief, Paul Genzburg, was more than a subscriber to Stratfor.

On Oct. 13, 2009, Genzburg wrote Stratfor's Fred Burton:

"Hey Fred [Burton], I've got a question for you. I'm gonna do some work for the John Pritzker family in SF. Could be mutually productive, if you catch my drift..."

On Oct. 30, 2009, Genzburg wrote Burton:

"I've mooched too much off you guys so please bill me."

On Jun. 26, 2013, Penny Pritzker was appointed Secretary of the U.S. Commerce Department by Barack Obama. Pritzker holds up to $23.4 million in Facebook Cartel stock holdings. See Fig. 8 and previous post.

C.I.A. "national security" protective blanket for cronies

With such corrupting relationships, and with the most powerful intelligence organization on the planet behind you to throw a national security blanket over your misconduct, is it any wonder why Washington cannot get anything done?

Notably, Perez worked for the county council in Montgomery County, Maryland at the time that Leader Technologies’ patent attorney, Professor James P. Chandler, pitched the county on behalf of IBM, the CIA and Patent Office.

Just eleven weeks earlier, Chandler had taken custody of Leader’s invention source code, ostensibly for escrow “safekeeping.” However, magically, Leader’s key innovations all appeared in the next version 2.0.1 of IBM’s Eclipse Foundation source code—one day before Chandler met with Montgomery County officials. investing foreknowledge is fraud, not genius; C.I.A. can easily manipulate markets for the benefit of cronies

Both Soros and his hedge fund understudy and Facebook director, Peter Thiel, Clarium Capital, profited from the 2008 banking crisis.

The Stratfor disclosures show that Soros and Thiel use their CIA insider information to manipulate markets. Stating the obvious: it’s easy to buy low and sell high when your Stratfor cronies are fabricating the news upon which you trade. Such foreknowledge is fraud, not genius. Cerberus—the Fast & Furious gun runner—another CIA operation gone wrong?

Cerberus is also a Stratfor subscriber. Cerberus is the company whose AR-15 rifles murdered U.S. Agent Brian Terry in Eric Holder’s bungled Fast & Furious operation (still stonewalled by the Justice Department). JPMorgan is Cerberus’ banker. See previous post.

The circle of wagons in these deceptions is tightening.

Bankers, academia & tech fed at the Stratfor-CIA disinformation trough

According to WikiLeaked Stratfor emails, bankers represent the largest Stratfor subscriber sector. UBS alone had 45 unique person-subscriptions (subscribers to multiple lists were only counted once), followed by Morgan Stanley 34, Citigroup 21, JPMorgan 20 and Smith Barney 15. Borrowing from Genzburg: "if you catch my drift..."

By comparison the US Army dominated the government sector with 101, followed by the Air Force with 22, Department of Justice 16 and Navy 14.

Academia is dominated by the University of Texas with 37 (Stratfor’s backyard), followed by Harvard 26, then Yale 19.

One of Peter Thiel’s closest business associates is his PayPal buddy, Joseph Lonsdale. In 2004 the pair started Palantir (at the same time as Facebook, LinkedIn, wikis, blogs, Instagram, etc. started—all right at the time of the first Eclipse Foundation EclipseCON-2004 conference on Feb. 2-5, 2004). Palantir supplies snooping technologies to the C.I.A. Because they are private, and because the C.I.A. operates in secret, Palantir is effectively an unaccountable American company, like many of the Stratfor subscribers.

Reverse the corruption of the American Republic by a lawless C.I.A. and its military-industrial cronies

The IRS & Leader v. Facebook are scandals linked . . . as expected. Pervasive ties have been uncovered that directly link the former and current personal legal counsels to President Obama, Robert F. Bauer, and his wife, Anita B. Dunn, and their long-time law firm, Perkins Coie LLP, with the SES Deep State shadow government, including Facebook and Google.

Bauer was just identified as the man in the White House who helped direct the targeting of Tea Party groups by the IRS. He also counsels Obama's funding raising arm, Organizing For America, which includes multiple donations by many Leader v. Facebook attorneys, esp. Michael Rhodes, Cooley Godward LLP, who was appointed chief counsel to Obama's $465 million "green" energy stimulus recipient, Tesla Motors, prior to the Leader v. Facebook trial. Just search any of these key words and you'll find plenty of news on these actors. AFI researchers are on it. Stay tuned.

Readers are reminded that the Patent Office recently claimed Executive Privilege in refusing to release FOIA records. We have just discovered that Perkins Coie LLP is another Facebook attorney firm. They are also attorneys for Microsoft. This association directly ties Obama's legal counsel to undisclosed conflicts of interest on matters regarding Leader v. Facebook. Joseph P. Cutler, Perkins Coie LLP, a Bauer and Dunn partner, represents Facebook in multiple cases, along with Ramsey M. Al-Salam (currently co-defending Facebook in a case with Facebook's Leader v. Facebook attorneys from Cooley Godward LLP), David P. Chiappetta and James R. McCullagh.

Obama/SES' secret paramilitary legal operation?

Cutler's bio has an almost paramilitary tone:

"Joe manages a rapid response enforcement team to vigorously defend clients, such as Facebook, against illegal spamming, phishing, pretexting, and other forms of malicious Internet behavior."

Hackers hiring hackers to stop other hackers from hacking. Priceless. These hackers aiding The President of the United States to break the law. Tragic.

New, Aug. 6, 2013, Perkins Coie (advisor to the PRESIDENT) appears not to know the meaning of conflicts of interest. They chose to represent alleged infringer EasyLink Services as recently as Dec. 2012, even though one of their attorneys had counselled the plaintiff patent holder, J2 Global Communications, previously. Are these people really this morally deficient? Ironically, Robert F. Bauer speaks regularly on the topic of . . . ethics. His title at the Obama White House was "Special Counsel to the President for Ethics and Government Reform." More misdirection and Orwellianism, to be sure.

(Jul. 23, 2013 ) — Message to Congress: Fight Leader v. Facebook judicial corruption—Rescind. Investigate. Sanction. Certify.

Corrupt judges and government officials are in the proverbial cross-hairs of a growing anti-judicial-corruption movement. Calls to arms to combat the systemic corruption exposed by Leader v. Facebook are being made across America. (See the new poster on right. We encourage you to download the poster and display it prominently.) Washington D.C. should be plastered with these posters. The time of judges and attorneys secretly sniggering behind the black robes must end. In a democracy, a judgeship is a sacred trust. That trust has been violated.

(Jul. 17, 2013)—The U.S. Supreme Court declined to take up the failed district court ruling and judicial misconduct in the Leader v. Facebook patent infringement case. The injustice to Columbus-OH-based inventor Leader Technologies aside, this case also shines a flood light on the "old boy" backrooms of our federal system. Those rooms are in dire need of renovation. Their ethical underpinnings have sheered and the floor has collapsed.

The ethical lapses cannot get any worse than we are witnessing in Leader v. Facebook. EVERY judge who has touched this case holds Facebook stock. If we still value our freedom and our democracy, Congress must step in now to fix this injustice and the endemic problems that caused it. A democracy cannot survive without just judges.

"This is a simple case of theft. The people in power to correct it have been complicit. At a minimum, they were motivated by personal greed. At worst, other coercive forces were at play. Whatever the reason, justice must be served," said a social scientist close to the investigation.

"Who are we to preach about the rule of law when our own Chief Justice can't get it right?"

An historian told AFI, "American foreign policy advocates John Withrop's 'city upon a hill' vision of American justice. But, the judicial corruption exposed by Leader v. Facebook is an utter embarrassment. I cringe now when I see our foreign service  officers lecturing Afghans on democracy. Who are we to preach about the rule of law when our own Chief Justice can’t get it right?"

An entrepreneur close to this investigation said, "The conduct of Facebook's unscrupulous attorneys and these judges leaves me numb. Why bother building a business if these judges (and their cousin regulators) are just going to take it away based on 'old boy' payola, and not laws? We have become a Banana republic, sad to say."

These sentiments were echoed just today by syndicated columnist Thomas Sowell writing about the fate of the American justice system and referring to the lawlessness of this Administration. “After Zimmerman, is this still America?” by Thomas Sowell, The Patriot-News, Central PA, Jul. 17, 2013.

Trust is hard to build and easy to destroy.

Facebook was contacted for comment, but did not return calls.

Leader Technologies Inventor Protection Act

Rescind. Investigate. Sanction. Certify.

A group of bipartisan leaders has proposed the Leader Technologies Inventor Protection Act (see documents below). With the stated purpose to "restore public confidence in the patent system, and the justice system in general," the Act has three elements:

1. Rescind the corrupted Leader v. Facebook decision,
2. Investigate the wrongdoers among the judges and attorneys, and
3. Enact new judicial conflict of interest certification procedures.
   

All patent holders, prospective patent holders and freedom-loving Americans are urged to support this initiative by contacting your Senators and Congressperson and asking for their support and advocacy. The investigators at AFI will be more than happy to package any research they require.
