Scandalously, the chief judge Leonard P. Stark, an Obama appointee, assigned the case to Judge Andrews, another Obama appointee and one of the defendants! Judge Andrews never even answered the complaint. The U.S. Attorney filed an informational brief claiming federal judges are above the law and immune from corruption charges After Judge Andrews failed to answer, Dr. Arunachalam asked for a prefunctory factual statement from the clerk that the judge did not answer called an "Entry of Default."

New! Jul. 30, 2016—The legal concept of "absolute immunity" for judges has an odorous old boy history. The U.S. Supreme Court is contradictory. On the one hand, the Court in US v. Lee (1982) said "No man in this country is so high that he is above the law... [and is] bound to obey it." On the other, the Court ruled in Stump v. Sparkman (1978) that judges have absolute immunity—even for fraud, theft, bribery, collusion, conspiracy, civil rights violations and organized crime! Stump is sometimes called the most controversial in history. Either way, Congress is free to remove the judge by impeachment, which has occurred only 14 times. Regardless, Judge Andrews can still appear as a witness, and therefore, must recuse himself from Dr. Arunachalam's cases.

Shockingly, Delaware clerk Bob Cruikshank has refused to sign the Entry of Default placing Dr. Arunachalam's case in jeopardy since she only has a fixed number of days to take follow-up steps. The judge is evidently stonewalling to run out her procedural clock against him. According to Dr. Arunachalam, Cruikshank gave three different reasons this morning for the delay, the latest being that the Entry is "with the judge." This is scandalous in itself. An entry of default is a mere procedural matter affirming whether a defendant did or did not respond in the prescribed amount of time. It is not an opinion or issue of law. It is a mere factual statement.

News Update Jul. 28, 2016!
Dr. Arunachalam spoke briefly this morning with chief judge Leonard P. Stark about the runaround in the courts he oversees. He pretended not to remember her even though he had been a mediator in one of her earlier patent infringement cases. He refused to speak with her, referred her to the Clerk (who passed it to Judge Andrews—a defendant in the case), and hung up on her. Saul Alinsky's Rules for Radicals: When your scheme is exposed. Deny. Deny. Deny.

The judge refused to sign it this morning and sent it back to Cruikshank in classic bureaucratic run-around. This is more proof that the Delaware federal court is in open defiance of the U.S. Constitution and is merely supporting their rigged system pay masters at IBM, JPMorgan, SAP and the White House.

(Jul. 22, 2016)—This week Ohio Gov. John Kasich and Texas Senator Ted Cruz stubbornly refused to make good on their promises to endorse the Republican nominee, who is now officially Donald J. Trump. Their excuses are lame.

These men are breaking their signed contracts with America. Since they did not notify their supporters of their intention not to honor their pledges, they have defrauded those who voted for them.

Breach of contract, hypocrisy and boldface lying aside, Kasich and Cruz appear to be positioning for a Trump defeat in November, and positioning themselves for candidacies or special favors during the next four years.

Their belligerence begs the question: Do they know something we do not know?

At least for Kasich, the answer is probably yes.

Six weeks earlier Connell had been deposed in the King Lincoln election fraud lawsuit that accused the Ohio Secretary of State J. Kenneth Blackwell of 'shifting' votes from presidential candidate John Kerry to George W. Bush, thus giving Bush a thin 2% victory. The exit polls had showed Bush losing by more than 4%. Election watchdogs have long known that any variance between the published vote count and exist polls of over 2% is a sure fraud indicator. Blackwell was also co-chair of the Ohio Republican party in 2004.

On Feb. 07, 2012, the Clinton-appointed judge Algernon L. Marbley (1997) allowed the 2004 ballots to be destroyed and ordered the case closed for alleged lack of evidence to take it to trial. Marbley later resigned the Ohio State Trustee board over scadalous ethics violations and a flurry of proved false sexual accusations against OSU's band director Jon Waters that AFI covered in detail.

How do we know? A Republican "guru" engineer from the 2004 Bush-Kerry presidential contest—Michael Connell— lost his life mysteriously just six weeks after his deposition that proved that the election was rigged. This deposition was not made public by a Clinton-appointed judge until 2011. Connell was killed before he could be formally subpoenaed as a formal witness. Connell was the former information technology guru for the Bush family and Karl Rove.

We pray that your memory will be eternal and that your death will not have been in vain. Pray for us. Tellingly, the transcript of Connell's Nov. 3, 2008 "smoking gun" deposition (one day before Barack Obama's election on Nov. 4, 2008) was not released by the Clinton-appointed judge, Algernon L. Marbley, until three years later on Jul. 15, 2011—seven years after Ohio's citizens were defrauded in the 2004 presidential election. The Ohio Secretary of State in charge of the election was J. Kenneth Blackwell who also co-chaired the Ohio Republican Party.

Marbley was fired in disgrace from the Ohio State Board of Trustees last year after it was discovered he had failed to disclose his longstanding breach of State ethics rules that prohibit a trustee from being employed by the university where he or she is a trustee. Marbley was an adjunct law professor at Ohio State. His excuse was not credible.

Before being fired, Marbley had participated in the unconscionable firing of the university's beloved marching band director, Jon Waters, on attorney-fabricated pretense. Hindsight says Waters' success on the field with his Apple i-Pad-based animated formations was disturbing the university's collusion with IBM and The Eclipse Foundation discussed in this post.

Perhaps this explains why John Kerry is so cynical and uncaring as U.S. Secretary of State. The RNC-DNC "Establishment" screwed him out of the presidency in favor of Bush because Bush was cooperating in crafting the secret White House spy intelligence agency started under Clinton. Perhaps this explains the very evidently flawed and uncaring Iran deal that Kerry negotiated—America screwed me, so now I screw America?

Chandler also represented Columbus innovator Leader Technologies, at least that is until he managed to funnel the software (source code) for Leader's social networking invention to another of his clients—IBM and The Eclipse Foundation.

A close Kasich advisor is Mark Kvamme from IBM Eclipse Foundation members LinkedIn and Kleiner Perkins (see Obama's Feb. 17, 2011 private meeting in Silicon Valley that includes John Doer, Kleiner Perkins). LinkedIn's founder and long-time Kvamme collaborator is Facebook director Reid Hoffman who famously advocates for "the death of personal privacy." Yet another Facebook director is Peter Thiel who just gave a speech about his gay-ness to the RNC convention. Suspiciously, Thiel appears to be Facebook's token Trump supporter. Thiel is likely a Hillary trojan horse.

It seems unlikely that Thiel told Donald Trump's staff about his massive conflicts of interest or his theft of Leader Technologies' social networking invention before allowing him to speak about his gay-ness at the Republican convention in Cleveland this week.

Backroom maneuvering among the dnc-rnc establishment to force  their way back into the game

The evident explanation for John Kasich's belligerent refusal to keep his promise to support Donald Trump is that backroom deals among the RNC and DNC Establishments have likely concocted a scheme to put their handpicked candidates back in the drivers’ seats once they get rid of Donald Trump this fall by causing his defeat in swing states. Trump has said publicly that this is a “rigged system.” He says he knows better than anyone else what’s going on. And that he is the best guy to fix it.

AFI researchers believe they have just uncovered the secret weapon that makes these people so cock sure of victory in Ohio:

With secret vote rigging they can guarantee that Hillary will win—not only in Ohio, but in any state that uses it.

In fact, the system only needs to be used in swing precincts in the battleground states. Change those vote totals and you ensure your candidate victory despite what The People have voted. The generally acknowledged 11 battleground states are Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin.

A partial record of these contracts was uncovered by the persistent watchdog Judicial Watch in their FOIA requests. John Kerry's State Department had stonewalled public knowledge of these contracts.

Never mind that Hillary obstructed justice by entering these contracts while Columbus, Ohio innovator Leader Technologies was suing Facebook for patent infringement of their social networking invention. Leader later proved before a jury that the engine running Facebook is their invention on 11 of 11 claims.

Also, never mind that tampering with U.S. elections by federal officials is illegal. Americans need to get angry enough to stop this nonsense.

Swing state Ohio saw proven election rigging by Establishment Republicans in 2004.

Tellingly, software engineer, Michael Connell, the whistleblower who exposed the scheme, died mysterious in a small plane crash just six weeks after his deposition.

In the 2004 Kerry-Bush presidential contest, votes were “shifted” from Kerry to Bush by sending election-night data to a computer hosting site in Tennessee.

The vote totals were then "shifted" (a euphemism for doctored) and sent back to the Ohio Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell who overwrote the real totals with the "shifted" ones.

THE FIXERS

The intermediary between Ohio and Tennessee was a Dr. Alan Dillman.

Dillman was then an associate professor of management information systems for Cedarville University in Springfield, Ohio. He was hired by the Secretary of State as an election consultant and was given full access to the raw voting results as they came in from Ohio's 88 counties.

The "Man in the Middle"

Dillman's real task was to be the "man in the middle."

Dillman passed the vote data sent to him from the Secretary of State's central vote repository to the secret Tennessee server.

The handlers in Tennessee then changed the vote totals so they looked credible; slowly "shifting" the percentages in George W. Bush's favor.

Remember Karl Rove and his infamous greaseboard? Well, it turns out that he was only pretending to wonder what was happening in Ohio (and elsewhere?). In reality, his Tennessee servers were fabricating the desired results based on his instructions the moment he went off camera. Then, he'd go back on camera and opine disingenuously to the "surprising" shift in the results. Rove's shift. Rove's fraud. These are criminal offenses.

Once this Dillman man-in-the-middle process started, the Secretary of State's central repository was a sham, was never accurate, and only reflected the shifted numbers from Tennessee.

Surprisingly, Dillman has written his ten years working at Cedarville University completely out of his current LinkedIn resume.

Hillary & DNC stole votes from Bernie Sanders in 11 State primaries

The same election watchdogs who proved the Ohio 2004 presidential election fraud have also proven that Hillary stole the Democratic primary from Bernie Sanders. < See Protecting Our Elections (2016).

News Update Jul. 23, 2016—More proof Bernie was screwed

Shortly after we published this post—including our research on how primary votes in 11 States were shifted from Bernie Sanders to Hillary—hacker Guccifer 2.0 and WikiLeaks released a trove of new DNC documents proving that the DNC and Hillary conspired privately to block Sanders' primary challenge. This new development is being covered extensively, so we will cite just one of the articles here.

DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz wrote in May that Sanders "isn't going to be president" and in April that he “has no understanding of” the Democratic Party.

Question: What can I do?

Answer: Mess up their conspirators' nests. Take citizen control of your voting processes. Don't trust the career bureaucrats; assume they're in somebody's pocket.

Get organized! Now!

Don’t take “no” or “it’s a problem” for an answer.

Readers are encouraged to demand that your state implement verifiable soup-to-nuts counting and auditing on the night of the election. Free and fair elections is a bedrock Constitutional right! This fraud must be caught while it is happening. See Fig. 2 above for monitoring and auditing priorities.

As the Ohio 2004 fraud proves, filing an election fraud lawsuit is an exercise in futility. The damage is already done. On election night, be vigilant to ensure your vote totals are accurate. Don't be rushed. Get it right. Ensure that the count is not "shifted" like Ohio's in 2004 and Bernie's in 2016.

Remember, vote counting is largely the domain of lawyers and techies.

Add honest broker accountants to the auditors. Make sure your election monitors know both the law, accounting and technology. Do not allow the wool to be pulled over your eyes with techno speak either legally or technically. Use common sense. Assume that if a process can be rigged, it is being rigged.

'Find the Dillmans'

Each of your states has much talent and expertise. Use it!

Ensure that the watchdogs have NO associations with Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, IBM and other members of the IBM Eclipse Foundation spy state Cartel. We must stop these criminals in their tracks while we still have a Republic worth saving.

The email gives detailed insight into the massive collusion among Hillary Clinton, the State Department, the Obama Administration, Wall Street and Silicon Valley. Sandberg invited Hillary to attend a private dinner in her home titled “the Women of Silicon Valley.” She cited a CNN Money–Forbes article that highlights four woman in the puffery article as new female leaders in Silicon Valley. However, we now know that these women were chosen not for their skill and creativity, but for their willingness to follow the orders of a secret White House spy agency that President Bill Clinton first established in 1995 by Executive Order No. 12958. The truth is, these women are nothing more than kept women from Silicon Valley for Hillary and Bill Clinton and their crony capitalist co-conspirators in a massive RICO racketeering organized crime syndicate.

(Jul. 15, 2016)—Silicon Valley media pumps out endless self-adulating drivel about the Valley's supposed genius for innovation. Given the continuous references to “smart people in Silicon Valley” it is clear that America’s political class has been taken in.

Thinking pundits are finally seeing the cracks in the fabricated monument to Silicon Valley.

Few know or remember that Silicon Valley started after the U.S. government set up electronic silicon chip manufacturing there back in the days when computers with the computing power of an iPhone took up whole city blocks to operate. Message: Feed a monkey enough play money and even he will eventually get it right.

That's not inherent genius, that's trial and error with We The People's tax dollars. The flow of taxpayer dollars into the Valley never stopped after that. The dirty little secret about the Valley is that it was founded with taxpayer dollars and driven by spies.

That was during the Cold War when the enemy was clear: the Soviet Union and Communism.

As the Soviet Union was collapsing, the direction of Silicon Valley shifted when Bill Clinton became president in 1993. Hindsight shows now that it became a monument to greed and power mongering as these former spies began lining their pockets while still using "national security" as the overarching rationale and excuse for secrecy.

Silicon Valley's mission shifted from fighting communism to lining crony pockets

The American public was oblivious to this shift in priority from anti-Communism to the self-enrichment of spies and their crony capitalists, mainly because these purveyors used the old secrecy rules to hide their collusion.

Just about the time questions started being asked about the logic of the trillions of dollars being pumped into Silicon Valley, these insiders realized that they needed a new enemy that could continue to justify their secrecy. A majority of these unscrupulous individuals were from Harvard Law.

Uh, terrorism. That's the ticket. Yeh, that's it. Global too. Yeh.

Global terrorism was born. It has served them well as a worthy replacement for the U.S.S.R. threat.

Bill Clinton signed an Executive Order No. 12958 in 1995 that was the foundation for the current American spy state abuse of the U.S. Constitution. It is all legal. Sort of. A White House spy agency crafted out of Executive Orders is accountable only to the President and not Congress. The authority for such executive orders is constitutionally dubious. In this case, the abuse of power is so far over the top, it is undoubtedly illegal. This secret agency has been feeding dirt on everyone on the planet to these insiders for more than a decade.

No wonder Bill and Hillary get $200,000+ speaking fees by snapping their fingers. No wonder normal give and take in Washington, D.C. and in the world is so upside down. When Constitutional respect for privacy and property was so wantonly ignored by those in whom we placed our trust, abuse of power replaced it.

Hillary Clinton appointed Secretary of State by Barack Obama in 2009

Barack Obama appointed Clinton as Secretary of State and then gave her near free reign over America’s foreign policy. That was the first tip off.

Turns out, we believe, that Barack Obama himself was a Manchurian candidate for this secret White House executive order spy agency. He was put in place to enable the secret Clinton spy agency to perfect a full global digital takeover under the cover of his presidency. Barack Obama appointed Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State on Jan. 21, 2009.

On Jun. 03, 2009, we know from NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden that Facebook began illegally feeding all user data, including that of American citizens, to the NSA.

On Jul. 09, 2009, Hillary, shadow adviser Sidney Blumenthal, and chief policy adviser Ann-Marie Slaughter were drafting strategy documents to use Facebook and Twitter as their go-to "eDipolomacy" communications tools.

On Sep. 26, 2009, Hillary and the State Department contracted with Facebook for a “template for winning elections.” Never mind that it is illegal for federal officials to tamper with U.S. elections. Never mind that Columbus innovator Leader Technologies had filed suit against Facebook for infringing their social networking patent, rending Hillary's activity obstruction of justice, and making the Hillary's collaboration with Facebook RICO racketeering—organized crime.

During this period Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook stonewalled all discovery of Zuckerberg’s 2003-2004 Harvard files, documents and emails. After the Federal Circuit appeals court protected Facebook too it was discovered that his attorneys lied about their full possession of 28 Zuckerberg computer devices and Harvard emails. It was also discovered that the spymasters inside this secret and unconstitutional White House spy agency got most of these Leader v. Facebook judges their jobs.

Leader later proved in federal court that the engine running Facebook was indeed Leader’s social networking invention on all 11 of 11 claims. Nonetheless, a sycophant judiciary including Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. (appointed in 2005 at the recommendations of the spymasters) rallied around Facebook in evident collusion with the White House.

On Dec. 31, 2009, Barack Obama signed Executive Order No. 13536 making Hillary part of an inner circle of seven calling all the shots on national security.

On Jun. 29, 2010, Hillary approved the Uranium One deal with Vladimir Putin that generated over $150 million in donations to The Clinton Foundation. It also gave the Russians control of part of America’s strategic uranium reserve.

On Jul. 19-20, 2010, the Leader v. Facebook trial resulted in a split verdict. Leader proved Facebook infringes its social networking patent on 11 of 11 claims.

Hillary clearly did not care that Facebook used stolen property—she obstructed justice to exploit Facebook for Clinton Foundation

On Sep. 30, 2010, Hillary entered a $265,000 contract with Facebook for a "template for election winning."

On Oct. 01, 2010, The Social Network false narrative movie about Facebook’s supposed origins was distributed. A sycophant mainstream media accepted the story without question—proof that the Free Press was complicit, having been paid off by billions of dollars in Wall Street funding long before.

On Nov. 16, 2010, a Raytheon whistleblower leaked video of Riot software for tracking anybody on social media 24x7x365. Riot combined Facebook, Twitter, Google, YouTube, Yahoo, personal photos, personal information, family, friends, colleagues, biographical profile, police records, property records, writings, predilections, chats, video, etc. Clearly, Facebook was in the spy state plan and Leader Technologies’ patent claims (and those of others like Dr. Lakshmi Arunachalam and Johannes Van der Meer) were not to be acknowledged.

Hillary and State DEPT stonewalled these exchanges among Hillary, Mills and Sandberg—proof of collusion with Facebook and Silicon Valley

Hillary and the State Department stonewalled a Feb. 16, 2011 email exchange between Hillary (“H”), Cheryl D. Mills and Facebook COO Sheryl K. Sandberg.

The email is an extraordinary recitation of the collusion among Hillary, Facebook and the State Department.

In now familiar sycophantic form, Sandberg praised Hillary for her “important and thoughtful speech” on Internet Freedom. Never mind that Facebook helped draft the speech and included four mentions of Facebook and three about Twitter.

Among the remarkable revelations is Sandberg’s discussion of “field testing elements of the framework” which we now know from other stonewalled emails included many contracts to build “a template for winning elections” focused on the 2010 midterms. (See Sep. 26, 2009 and Sep. 30, 2010 above.) This American Secretary of State had turned software framework developer, even though FBI Director Comey just testified that Hillary was not very technically sophisticated. Question: Who was driving this bus? Answer: The spy state Cartel. No wonder Hillary did not want her emails on State Department systems.

Sandberg invited Hillary to speak at an exclusive and “always completely off-the-record” dinner series in her home named “Women of Silicon Valley.”

Laughably, after telling Hillary the dinners were confidential, Sandberg gave Hillary a CNN Money-Fortune link titled “The new valley girls” featuring Sandberg talking about the dinners. Sandberg thus deceived the U.S. Secretary of State by saying her dinners were “completely off-the-record” when, in fact, she had already made them public.

The CNN-Fortune article touts four Silicon Valley women as the new face of female executives in technology.

The best faked Silicon Valley gender diversity that spy state money can buy

Truth is these women are mere props for the NSA spy state Cartel. None of them is distinguished by anything other than their ability to follow the orders of their male handlers. None have created anything.

What they are good at is sucking up to their male handlers, cashing their checks, dying their hair black and wearing black power suits. In short, they clean up well.

The attractive ones didn’t earn that either. They got that from their parents. Nonetheless, they are well known in the Valley for throwing around their cuteness with aplomb in order to divert attention from questions about their actual accomplishments.

The clear message of this CNN-Fortune article is: It is just too bad that you poor, unattractive female sods are not as successful as us [hair dutifully thrown over the left shoulder on cue].

The Kept Girls of Silicon Valley

Far from liberating women, these women reinforce the negative stereotypes of the kept woman. In their cases, they are kept in Silicon Valley to give the world the illusion of gender diversity in technology, when in fact, they are female slaves to a spy state organized crime racket that pays them well.

It is worth noting that Sheryl Sandberg’s husband, David Goldberg, died recently under dubious circumstances while on vacation in Mexico with the kids. The official story is that he fell off a jogging machine in the hotel next to where he was staying, hit his head and died of a brain aneurysm. He was only 47. Yeh, right. Goldberg's death joins an epidemic of JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank alleged "suicides" that are never fully investigated. Curiously, both banks are Facebook/Sandberg underwriters.

At Goldberg’s funeral, Sandberg delivered all too perfect tears and a made for TV eulogy. Message: Hillary's main Silicon Valley girl is free again. Rumor has it that she and her serial boss, Larry Summers, have been sweet on each other since her Harvard days in the early 1990’s. Summers was her senior thesis adviser before dragging her along with him to the World Bank, then to various Treasury Department offices, and eventually his chief of staff as Bill Clinton's Treasury Secretary.

For new AFI readers, Larry Summers has led this charge to takeover the global digital infrastructure ever since Bill Clinton came to power he became Clinton’s Treasury Secretary. Summers is almost single handedly responsible for destroying the Glass-Steagall separation of banks between investments and everyday bank. This failure to check banker greed has given rise to “too big to fail banks” like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Citibank, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, State Street, Barclays, HSBC and UBS. Tellingly, Obama put Summers in charge of dolling out the 2008 bail out funds that these banks used to fund the social media world, starting with Facebook. This world had two objectives, takeover global digital infrastructure and permanently takeover political infrastructures controlled by these crony capitalists.

James W. Breyer

James W. Breyer is managing partner of Accel Partners LLP. Breyer was Facebook’s first official venture capital. Former chairman and still a director. Largest inside Facebook stockholder after Zuckerberg. Directed the pump-and-dump Facebook initial public offering. Moving all his marbles to China where his father, John P. Breyer, set up shop 20 years ago (IDG-Accel Capital). Was chairman of the National Venture Capital Association in 2004 with the CIA venture firm In-Q-Tel. What more do you need to know about his secret spy state agenda. (There is a lot more to know about his abandonment of American entrepreneurs in favor of all things China. Readers should also know that Breyer cashed in $6.51 billion (with a "B") of his Facebook stock on the third day of public trading. Insiders are supposed to hold stock, not dump it like that. However, Breyer's Cartel people were running the SEC, so he knew there would be no consequence. In fact, the SEC Chair Mary L. Schapiro, held more Facebook interests than anyone in the Obama Administration—51 funds.)

Marc Andreessen

Marc L. Andreessen helped invent the Netscape browser at the University of Illinois. Everything since then has been fraudulent. He is a Facebook, Ning and Instagram director. At Instagram he brought in Larry Summers as a director right before that public offering. Andreessen filed for patents in 2005 that listed Leader Technologies’ invention as prior art, but his law firm, Fenwick & West LLP, Leader’s former counsel, subsequently failed to disclose Leader invention on hundreds of Facebook patents subsequently filed. This constitutes massive fraud on the Patent Office. But the Patent Office has turned a blind eye, of course. Obama's Patent Office has been run by former IBM chief intellectual property counsel, David J. Kappos—the co-founder of the IBM Eclipse Foundation in 2001. Eclipse distributes the platform source code to the entire spy state (Eclipse IDE-Integrated Development Environment).

The CNN-Fortune article that Sandberg disclosed to Hillary was a pure puff piece. Thanks to the tenacity of Judicial Watch, the American public is learning the depth of the corruption that has overtaken Washington, D.C. and the world. In her email, Sandberg was reminding Hillary of her insider status and assuring her that she was only to happy to play along. . .

. . . like a good little girl.

These are exactly the wrong kinds of morals we want for our daughters.

Message to the Silicon Valley Girls: Perhaps the first of you to turn state's evidence can avoid going to jail. Time is awasting.

Congressman Trey Gowdy destroyed Comey's "intent" argument that exonerated Hillary of criminal charges. House to ask for perjury investigation for lying to Congress, which Comey confirmed multiple times. House also asked for Hillary to be barred from receiving classified information. (Jul. 05, 2016)—FBI Director Comey just announced he will not indict Hillary Clinton for her numerous breaches of our nation's secrets. However, Comey is now in trouble because he had a duty to recuse himself due to his common interests in HSBC, a major Clinton Foundation donor where he was a director (03/13–09/13), among his many conflicts of interest. Oh! what webs we weave . . .

The FBI and Justice Department have stubbornly refused to prosecute heinous criminal acts of the Obama Administration. They include Benghazi, Fast and Furious gun running, Hillary’s private server, 2008 bank bailout, social networking patent theft, illegal NSA snooping, energy company subsidies, IRS targeting of conservatives, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) confiscations, baby parts trafficking, LIBOR rigging, open borders, overstayed visas of more than one million people, religious persecution and so on.

Now we know why

The current and former FBI directors are members of a dangerous Cartel whose agenda is a self-styled New World Order. In fact, before coming to the FBI, the current director James B. Comey was a director of the London money launderer extraordinaire, HSBC. Even The Clinton Foundation website boasts about HSBC donations. This fact alone disqualifies Comey from involvement in the Hillary Clinton indictment decision.

For new readers, the “Cartel” is a group of about 200 known bankers, lawyers, politicians, bureaucrats, technologists and judges, both Republicans and Democrats, who are deeply invested in one another through relationships, stocks and mutual funds. This group is currently attempting to seize control of global information data flow. Their agenda is defined by A New World Order doctrine. See below.

A light was shined on the FBI director when it was discovered that former FBI director, Robert S. Mueller, III (2001-2013), recommended Obama’s Supreme Court recent nominee, Merrick B. Garland, to be circuit judge for the District of Columbia in 1995.

New World Order proponents, like hedge fund billionaire George Soros, and former Hillary Clinton political adviser Anne-Marie Slaughter, call it A New World Order. The rest of us call it plain old greed and lust for power in new clothes.

These ranges are large enough to drive a Mack truck through. The clear intent among these bureaucrats is evidently obfuscation. Therefore, in their financial disclosures, we tally only the upper end of their ranges reported. Let them tell us it is lower. And, ask them why they don't just tell us the actual number to begin with.)
   

1. Comey’s from $206,000 in 2002 to up to $33.5 million in 2012 ($3.33 million increase per year)
   
   
2. Mueller’s from $1.8 million in 2001 to $7.0 million in 2011 ($520,000 increase per year)

3. FBI directors since 2001 have enjoyed exclusive hedge fund holdings not open to average Americans:
   

1. Comey was paid a $6,632,616 salary in 2012 by Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund, then another $3,235,654 when he left Bridgewater to become FBI director.
   
   
2. Comey was director for London bank HSBC which was caught sheltering $100 billion in dubious client funds in murky offshore accounts.
   
   
3. Mueller held two exclusive hedge fund investments run by Bank of New York with at least 36% of the funds' assets run out of the Cayman Islands. One fund, Defenders Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund LLC (one of four names the fund had), was closely associated with Ponzi schemers including Bernie Madoff. Mueller’s fund was fined $200 million by the SEC for funneling clients to Bernie Madoff.

4. Commercial Power-Mongers: FBI directors since 2001 are tied intimately with the IBM Eclipse Foundation and the theft of Leader Technologies’ social networking invention.    On Sep. 06, 2005, Bill Clinton brokered a UrAsia uranium mining deal in Kazakhstan that netted The Clinton Foundation $152 million in “donations” and $1 million in Goldman Sachs fees, the broker of that uranium deal.
   

Clinton and Comey interests are inseparable

Comey, Clinton and FBI interests could not be more tightly aligned.

The FBI directors and Justice Department senior Attorneys General have been protecting Obama’s, the Clintons’ and the Cartel’s objectives for going on two decades. This protection extends to other members of the Clinton, Bush and Obama administrations.

The former Attorney General Eric H. Holder, Jr. was an evident Cartel plant. He did not prosecute any of this criminality. Holder bought the judges in Leader v. Facebook and aided the theft of social networking from Leader Technologies because the Cartel wanted to use it to consolidate their power and control.

The current Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, is also a Cartel patsy. She will follow orders dutifully.

So the question of whether Hillary will get out of her email server problem is up to Comey, who will pass it to Lynch, who will likely find a way to punt. This gaggle of attorneys has taken the art of misdirection to new heights.

Hillary is Comey’s “godmother”

Judging from James B. Comey’s investments and relationships, the zebra will not change its stripes.

As a result, Comey and Loretta Lynch will very likely fabricate a way to protect Hillary in a tangle of interlocking and indecipherable legal machinations.

After all, Hillary and Bill are Mueller’s and Comey’s "godparents."

[On Apr. 01, 2016, the State Department suspended its review of Hillary's possession of top secret emails on her private server. Citing the FBI investigation as the reason, we are suspicious of misdirection. With this suspended review, the State Department has created the opportunity for the FBI to kick the can back to the State Department "hypothetically: to complete their investigations before making a recommendation for or against indictment." It will all sound very reasonable. Remember, these people are all attorneys skilled in deception.]

Latest name for corruption: “Public-private partnerships”

The latest smokescreen for this new world order agenda is “public-private partnerships.” When you hear that, grab your wallet and your privacy.

Anne-Marie Slaughter

The "patron saint" of “public-private partnerships” in the Obama Administration is Anne-Marie Slaughter. Slaughter served as a Hillary Clinton senior political adviser at the State Department (2009-2011). Slaughter published A New World Order and is related to her new world order mentor George Soros by marriage. Much of what we know about Slaughter's relationship to Hillary comes from Judicial Watch’s FOIA releases from Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

Slaughter famously encouraged Obama and Clinton to “harness private incentives to public goals.” To some, this sounds like German Fascism where Adolf Hitler did not nationalize industries that supported his policies. On the other hand, Jewish businesses and property were confiscated.

In other words, Obama and Clinton have used the power of their office to reward those who agree with them and punish those who don’t.

This partisan policy has forsaken the American Republic. Instead of the process of compromise our Republic is suffering a wave of scandals including the bank bailout, energy company subsidies, Obamacare, IRS Tea Party targeting, BLM land rights confiscations, trafficking in baby body parts, LIBOR fixing, America Invents Act, Fast and Furious, Common Core, Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), open borders, Islamic pandering, allowing/losing more than one million visa violators and attacks on religious values.

Why has the FBI failed to prosecute these evident crimes?

FBI operations are shrouded in secrecy. Uncovering illegal conduct within the FBI is a minefield where out-of-the-office discussion of top secret information generally lands you in prison and the victim of smear campaigns by the powers that be.

An FBI run by honorable people keeping secrets is a good thing. However, an FBI run by money-grubbing, power-grabbing opportunists in the name of national security threatens the American Republic itself.

Follow the money

One of the few times the public gets a glimpse into the personal affairs of the FBI director is in their Senate confirmation hearing and their required annual financial disclosure. The rest of the time, these people just refuse to answer questions or stonewall, with a smile and condescending “trust us” words, or with belligerence (Hillary: "What difference does it make.").

Judge Merrick B. Garland’s nomination raised suspicion about the FBI’s impartiality

Robert S. Mueller, III

Judge Garland’s 1995 Senate confirmation document included a letter of recommendation from Robert S. Mueller, then Assistant Attorney General, later FBI Director (2001-2013).

Investigation into Mueller’s 2001 and 2011 financial disclosures revealed an astounding increase in net worth from $1.8 to $7.0 million. Cleverly buried in 233 entries were two hedge funds invested in almost $100 billion in hedge fund assets with at least 36% of them offshore in the Cayman Islands.

Mueller hedge “funds of funds” hide many sins

Mueller held Defenders Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund LLC and Mellon Optima L/S Strategy Fund LLC. These “funds of funds” invest in other hedge funds with innocuous names like “Pershing Square” and Glenview Institutional Partners.” But as HSBC whistleblower Hervé Falciani revealed in 2015, many are secret havens for money laundering, arms trafficking and tax evasion.

Mueller’s exclusive funds were not open to the general public. The minimum investment in several of the funds of funds is $10,000,000—MESSAGE: Great unwashed Americans do not qualify, but we'll make an exception for FBI director Mueller.

Mueller was evidently allowed into these funds by the Cartel to buy influence at the FBI. See previous post for more on this investigation.

Both Mueller hedge funds were managed by Mellon Bank of New York (BNY).

Ground Zero for Washington's poisoned well?

No less than ten (10) BNY directors were shared between Mueller’s Defenders and Mellon Optima funds.

He is secretly driving your economic life. What? You didn't get the memo?!

Laughably, these people were mostly designated “outside directors.” According to ethics laws, an outside director must have an “arm’s length” relationship to the company. One cannot be an "outside director" and be employed by the company also. This is a bad joke, a charade. Clearly these people care nothing about real ethics, they only make their actions look ethical to an unsuspecting outsider. Attorneys are especially adept at such deceptions. American regulators are obviously turning a blind eye for their friends. The system of accountability is broken.

These hedge fund disclosures are a charade of transparency. Are these people Ground Zero for the corruption that has poisoned the well in Washington, D.C.? Inquiring minds wonder. Few photos of these people are available, in fact, only two.

Mueller benefited from Ponzi schemers

The incorporator of Mueller’s Defenders Fund was William P. Sauer. He had been sued two months earlier by the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission for running two Ponzi schemes for which he eventually paid $5 million to settle.

Then, the fourth name for Mueller’s holding, Ivy Asset Management fed clients to Ponzi schemer Bernie Madoff and eventually paid $200 million to settle those complaints.

Tellingly, the FBI never prosecuted any of these BNY Ponzi schemers associated with Mueller's Defenders hedge fund.

Mueller’s replacement, James B. Comey, carries on the FBI hedge fund tradition

Counting his clerk job during University of Chicago Law School in 1982, Comey has held 15 jobs before becoming FBI director. He changed jobs every two years. Most employers would consider such job hopping a sign of instability, but in government legal circles, that makes you qualified to be FBI director. It appears that he was being groomed. See Bibliography below for a complete timeline of Comey's jobs.

These disclosures prove that Comey is a card-carrying member of the IBM Eclipse Foundation and the NSA spy state machine.

New investigations into the financial holdings of Robert S. Mueller and James B. Comey reveal astounding conflicts of interest. These relationships would have stopped any mere mortal from being offered the top law enforcement job.

Lockheed Patent Theft

Comey was general counsel to Lockheed Martin (09/2005-11/2010). This might not be notable except for the fact that Lockheed Martin was and is an active member of IBM’s Eclipse Foundation.

IBM Eclipse has and is exploiting the social networking invention of Columbus innovator, Leader Technologies. As Lockheed general counsel, Comey was either asleep at the general counsel wheel, or he participated in the theft of Leader’s important invention. In short, Comey aided and abetted the Great Financial Crime in the History of the World.

Lockheed prosecutions for Leader Technologies’ social networking patent property theft have not occurred.

Bridgewater paid Comey $7.2 million in 2012

Comey’s financial disclosure for 2012 declared $7,200,595. That is $600,000 per month. Is any former U.S. Attorney worth such pay? What were they paying for? The likely answer is influence with the future FBI director.

Comey’s Bridgewater pay works out to $3,800 per hour for a 48 week year. By comparison, $1,000 per hour is generally considered the highest attorney fee. Rates for salaried inside attorneys are generally half that, or less.

Comey also disclosed direct holdings (not counting portfolio holdings in his many mutual funds) in IBM Eclipse Foundation members: Verizon, Intel, Emerson Electric, Microsoft, Qualcomm, AT&T, Apple, HP, Morgan Stanley, Lockheed Martin, JPMorgan, Wells Fargo

These holdings are more proof that Comey carries water for the IBM Eclipse Foundation thieves of social networking and the NSA spy state machine.

HSBC Trafficking

In addition to his $25 million stock portfolio, Comey came to HSBC from Bridgewater with a cool $5+ million in his pocket, with the promise of another $3+ million in "phantom stock" cash-out to come. Does any reasonable person believe he earned this money? Remember, in his 2003 Senate Confirmation Hearing, he declared his net worth at $206,000.

He was HSBC director between Mar. 2013 and Sep. 2013. Seventeen months later, on Feb. 08, 2015, HSBC whistleblower Hervé Falciani tore the lid off of $100 billion in murky offshore private banking being sheltered by HSBC. Like Lockheed, unless Comey was asleep at the wheel as director, he had to know about this misconduct.

The $100 billion in HSBC sheltering was occurring on Comey’s watch as director at HSBC. Yet, no HDBC prosecutions are occurring.

The Children of Israel had to make a choice between good and evil

In uncovering these dark secrets of ill-gotten gain, one is reminded of the Children of Israel's temptations surrounding the Golden Calf at Mount Sinai. Rather than uphold their faith and follow the laws of God, many chose to worship a Golden Calf.

American culture is experiencing something similar, as evidenced by the behaviors described in this blog. What will happen to our country if we cannot soon separate the wicked from the righteous?
