FIRING OF OSU BAND LEADER EXPOSES CORRUPTION AT BATTELLE LABS, PATENT OFFICE, NSA

Jeffrey Wadsworth, Battelle CEO and OSU Trustee president, doles out OSU contracts to Facebook Cartel thru his McBee Strategic LLC lobbyist

Betty Montgomery hides investments in OSU-Wadsworth-McBee Strategic clients inside her Mutual funds—Legalized Payola?
Request an Ohio ethics investigation

On Mar. 19, 2014, former Ohio Attorney General, Betty Montgomery, filed her required 2014 financial disclosure with the Ohio Ethics Commission. Montgomery was appointed by OSU President Michael V. Drake to head an inquiry into the OSU Marching Band culture after he fired director Jon Waters on a Title IX pretext. This inquiry appears to be a fishing expedition. Fishing expeditions (trolling for evidence to build a case for which one does not have the evidence) are illegal in Ohio. Montgomery surely knows this as former Ohio attorney general. Nonetheless, she disclosed holdings in BlackRock mutual funds.

The Mutual
Fund Scam
SEC records reveal that the fund holds stock in 14 of the 16 OSU contractors who are also clients of McBee Strategic, Barack Obama's conduit for green energy stimulus funds to political cronies and the lobbyist for OSU Trustee President Jeffrey Wadsworth and his company, Battelle Labs. Those stocks include prominent players in the M.O.O.C. (Massive Open Online Course) initiative to centralize higher education under federal control. JPMorgan figures prominently in Montgomery's and Wadsworth's crony relationships. Such conflicts of interest taint the task force with evident bias. Montgomery agreed to be removed by the governor "if it is found that [s]he has used his[her] office corruptly."
JPMorgan "Legalizing Piracy"
Update: Oct. 16, 2014—Federal court filings today allege judges and JPMorgan collude to deprive Internet pioneer, Dr. Lakshmi Arunachalam, of her patent rights. Collusion among deep-pocketed patent infringers and federal judges appears to be rampant, as we have been reporting in Leader v. Facebook for several years—in the same Delaware District Court. Click for more.
Ohio Revise Code 3.04. OSU President Michael V. Drake signed the same statement. Click here to read "Mutual Funds and Conflicts Concealment among Public Officials at Ohio State—Betty Montgomery Case Study."

It appears time for Ohio Governor John Kasich to step in before his inaction destroys the band's storied 136-year tradition at the hands of Drake and Wadsworth, who are creating a caustic organizational environment at OSU. Montgomery's and Drake's financial nondisclosures give Governor Kasich a good reason to step in. Unfortunately, Governor Kasich is himself conflicted. He holds at no less than 26 JPMorgan stocks. See previous post.
Jeffrey Wadsworth, CEO, Battelle Memorial Institute, President, Board of Trustees, The Ohio State University
Fig. 1—Jeffrey Wadsworth, OSU Trustee President; CEO, Battelle Memorial Institute. Wadsworth appears to have been ordered by the Facebook Cartel to get the Common Core-like MOOC initiative (Massive Open Online Course) moving at Ohio State. So, he sacrificed the Marching Band as the pretext to get out of the university's Title IX investigations. This action exposed Wadsworth's prior association with Columbus innovator, Michael McKibben, chairman and founder, Leader Technologies, and McKibben's invention of social networking, which he shared confidentially (he thought) with Battelle back in 2001. This included proposing a project with Harvard and IBM. Facebook started 18 months later.

(Oct. 10, 2014)—AFI has just received a copy a of new Congressional Briefing. See Fig. 2 below. Click here to download PDF. It exposes a global agenda to control American elections in perpetuity. It fleshes out what Dick Morris has exposed in his runaway bestseller, Power Grab—Obama's Dangerous Plan for a One-Party Nation.

The Facebook Cartel may have overreached when they fired Jon Waters, the Ohio State Marching Band director. Up until that point, the Cartel’s global Common Core-like M.O.O.C. university strategy to centralize control of university education (Massive Open Online Course) was largely unknown.

MOOC appears to be the higher education version of Common Core. It is yet another attempt by the “progressive” Facebook Cartel to move higher education under tight federal control—all in the name of "increased social engagement."

At the same time, the Cartel has been busy taking control of the underlying technical infrastructure of America at the IRS, HHS, SEC, FEC, Commerce, HealthCare.gov and now the FCC with their push to abolish net neutrality without submitting the matter to Congress.

Ohio State's MOOC stalled by Title IX—OSU Band's 136-year tradition sacrificed by hapless Californians

Update Oct. 12 2014
OSU President Michael V. Drake failed to disclose his investments

Michael V. Drake On Sep. 29, 2014, OSU president Michael V. Drake filed a required financial disclosure with the Ohio Ethics Commission. This was two months after he fired OSU Marching Band director, Jon Waters, on a Title IX pretext. Click here to read Drake's disclosure.

Shockingly, Drake disclosed his broker's name rather than his financial holdings. The broker, "Bank of the West Investment/Mutual Funds," has no mutual fund, but rather, they broker "an extensive list of no-load mutual funds from a variety of fund families." In fact, they represent over 100 funds. We highlighted some of the known members of the Facebook Cartel in that list linked above.

Drake also disclosed he is a director of the bank. Therefore, he has no excuse for failing to disclose materially significant information in a public disclosure. The fact that Drake listed a broker's name rather than his actual financial holdings is appears to be an intentional act to mislead the public.

JPMorgan Conflicts

The Drake disclosure hides his actual financial holdings. For example, JPMorgan is one of the mutual funds brokered by the bank. Numerous of those funds hold JPMorgan stocks. JPMorgan is also an Ohio State donor and vendor. JPMorgan is also a client of Jeffrey Wadsworth's Battelle lobbyist, McBee Strategic LLC.

Disclosure of such intertwined JPMorgan interests would have been problematic for Drake, so he evidently hid it.

Drake acknowledged in his disclosure that "DRAKE: filing a false statement may be grounds for removal from public office or dismissal from public employment."

Drake's dismissal from public employment for this act of material nondisclosure is appropriate, especially considering the caustic environment that he has created in his first months in office.

Drake's deceptive financial disclosure is a corrupt calling card.

Ohio State is the 3rd largest university in the country and a critical component in the MOOC roll out. That roll out was stalled by an ongoing Title IX investigation.

Jeffrey Wadsworth, OSU’s Trustee president, appears to have been under orders from the Cartel to get MOOC rolling at Ohio State. Wadsworth and provost Joseph A. Steinmetz chose to sacrifice the OSU band.

Wadsworth and new OSU President Michael V. Drake had matriculated from California to Ohio and haven't a clue about the OSU band's 136-year tradition.

Not surprisingly, the pretext worked like magic. Within a few short weeks, the Department of Education in Washington, D.C. closed the multi-year investigation. A few weeks after that, Steinmetz announced his 12-university “University Innovation Alliance.”

Wadsworth's dirty little secret

Wadsworth’s attack on Jon Waters highlighted his prior association with another OSU Band alum, Michael McKibben. McKibben holds the patents on social networking.

In 2002, Wadsworth had signed a technology agreement with McKibben while Wadsworth was a technology director at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL). LLNL was managed by the University of California Trustees, which also employed Drake. Concurrent with his LLNL agreement, McKibben had been in discussions with Battelle Labs as well about his innovations.

Wadsworth reappeared at Battelle

Shortly after the LLNL agreement with McKibben and Leader, Wadsworth took over at Battelle and was off to the races with McKibben’s invention, unbeknownst to McKibben . . . until the firing of Jon Waters.

In 2010, McKibben proved that Facebook is infringing his social networking invention and patent on 11 of 11 claims, yet the federal courts (all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court) protected Facebook on an unfounded legal pretext, easily proven so. Tellingly, all the judges in the case held massive amounts of stock in Facebook interests. They were also chummy with Facebook's attorneys. The Code of Conduct for U.S. Judges requires judges in such circumstances to disqualify themselves from the case. These judges hammered down anyway, very evidently to protect their Facebook holdings in the coming IPO.

AFI investigations into the Leader v. Facebook judicial corruption were the first to identify the Cartel and its tangle of Byzantine relationships. We have observed in these relationships the old adage: “You can fool most of the people most of the time. But, you cannot fool all the people all the time.”

The Facebook Cartel—Taken Down by a Marching Band?

Thanks to the mistreatment of Jon Waters and the Ohio State University Marching Band, we have discovered the Facebook’s Cartel’s likely demise—Jeffrey Wadsworth and Battelle Memorial Institute.

We’ll stop here. You can read the briefing for yourself below.

Let us hope the Cartel’s overreach and abuse of The Ohio State University Marching Band will be their undoing. That would be poetic justice, to have the mighty Facebook Cartel taken down by a dedicated band of musicians.

Go Buckeye Nation!

  1. Holder announced he will resign. Under a scrupulously non-corrupt presidential administration, Holder could have been the greatest Attorney General this country ever had. But Holder's tragic misperception of his duty caused him to prioritize shielding the chief executive from all legitimate Congressional oversight into alleged criminal violations of law and civil rights violations which were alleged to have been ordered by President Obama for purely partisan motives.

Government can only expand at the expense of the governed and only if the governed accepts it. In today's staggering expansion, the folks paying for it may not be alive yet. It is unimaginable that I would go to the bank and sign an IOU that my grandchildren will be forced to pay so that I can live beyond my current means. That's what we are doing. All of us are complicit.

The primary reason posited for this theft is that "we can not ignore the weak, the minorities, and the suffering ". It sounds so good but very few real dollars reach the folks in need and their plight gets worse every year. So what's the solution ? The elitists will tell you that we should create more government, more tiers of corruptness, more taxes, more regulations. If the government needs more money or power, then it's ok to use non constitutional means to get it. The perpetrators of this "for the greater good " fraud now blame the successful , hard working citizen for the growing gap between the rich and the poor. If the truth be known , it is exactly the opposite. The hard working family man with a home and a car is literally a "sharecropper" with the government. He doesn't really own his income stream , he only owns 45% of it after all fees, taxes ,surcharges ,tolls ,etc. That would be OK if the use of those funds was not for the destruction and transformation of our free way of life. Through taxes and regulations, like it or not, we are indentured. The folks illegally coming across our borders consume our future. The people who could work but don't , consume our future. The people that falsely receive assistance, consume our future. The duplicity , fraud, and corruption of government bureaucracy consumes our future. And , sadly, the strong armed tactics of EricHolder ( Dept of Revenge) , the IRS, the EPA, the NLRB, the NSA, and so on have demonstrated without a doubt, that the agenda is to dismantle a free America.

This recent post on AFI presents the most frightening example of how the elitists plan to complete the task of " transformation " of America. If they want something , they just take it. No problem if it violates the law, the courts and the government agencies stifle enforcement of our laws......for the greater good. And to make it worse, the Leader theft is mostly about creating personal wealth for the fortunate insiders that took a blood oath of silence and complicity.

Progressives chose many years ago to take the slow train of transformation by controlling our minds.....media, comedy, movies, art, and education. But the platform for social media changed everything.....it sped up the process. Information could flow around the world in seconds rather than weeks or months. The progressives knew that control of social media could greatly enhance the "fundamental transformation of America" and do it quickly. And Barack was their man. He despised our country's history so much that he was willing to sacrifice it all to change the monster previously known as America. Social media was the determining factor in his rise to power.

What was done to Jon Waters was just terrible. However, in the big picture it's almost insignificant. What this incident did do, however, was stoke the small emotional burning embers into a flame. What happened to Leader Technology and Michael McKibben is , however, most significant for the reasons noted above. That theft of patents and know-how set the transformation on a fast track. It allowed for instant riches beyond imagination and the enduring power of mind control of the citizens. If Obama, Biden, Holder, Lerner, Hillary, Michelle, and my neighbor, Larry the liberal, are what we get through this new , less free, America......no thank you, very much.

By the way, a big ten gallon hat tip to Rep Jim Jordan. You , sir, are a brave man facing a voracious enemy. With officials like you , we have a chance . Without you, we are toast.

    Have a great day, TEX

Don't know about you folks that follow this AFI blog site, but I am tired of people bashing Obama and challenging his competency level. Some say that this administration is not protecting us. Hey, what's the big deal ? I feel safe. Flavia and Mavis feel safe. Let me explain.

They have given us a very secure border. I would think that not one illegal interloper has crossed into America in years. They claimed that Ebola would not come to a city near me ( like Dallas) and it hasn't. They are stopping all flights from Ebola laden Liberia, Sierra Leone , and Nigeria. They have stopped ISIS , ISIL, Schmizel, Syria, Iran, Russia, and Chicago in their tracks. They all fear and respect Obama. No one has jumped the White House fence, violated five straight security points, and run rampant in the Green Room. Obama has not had to stand next to a fake sign language person, or been next to a felon with a loaded pistol in an elevator. I know that he wouldn't do a selfie with a blonde Danish Prime Minister at Nelson Mandela's funeral. And I am positive that golf would be secondary to our national issues and his two daughters. Why wouldn't we feel safe?

It looks like the IRS is a fair agency in terms of its politics and goals. Although the NSA has great power, they seem to use it sparingly when spying on us. And, boy, our soldiers, and Ambassadors know that this President has their back. I know that not one American will be beheaded on his watch, and if that happened, he would retaliate with massive fury. He will always shoulder the blame for problems and would never throw someone under the bus. And , most importantly, Obama loves this country and would give his own life in order to enforce our Constitution and laws.

    Oh wait.......never mind.

Have a great day, unless you have other plans........TEX

  4. This Texan throws the B.S. flag, as has been done throughout the firing scandal.

The sidebar leads off with these words:
OSU PRESIDENT MICHAEL V. DRAKE FAILED TO DISCLOSE HIS INVESTMENTS

Are ALL Midwest reporters spineless jellyfish? Looks to me like you could at least do some Yankee "nuancing" and say something like
EVIDENCE IS COMPELLING THAT OSU PRESIDENT MICHAEL V. DRAKE YET AGAIN DUCKS LIKE A QUACK AND REFUSES TO DISCLOSE HIS INVESTMENTS

I know I'm asking a lot of Midwesterners, but please grow some courage and stand up against the stench in the orifice of the OSU presidency.

Call a spade a spade and speak the truth about the corruption that screams to be reported!

Or does Drake have some undisclosed investments in this media outlet as well?

    1. Charles, you wrote "Call a spade a spade and speak the truth about the corruption that screams to be reported!" We thought that's what we were doing! See the upper right sidebar: "Federal Corruption." That's a spade we have been calling for years now!

The disclosure of Drake's mutual funds requires more work since he concealed his actual holdings. Since there are many thousands of mutual funds, we can speculate, but until he discloses it (which he is required by law to do), the public is left in the dark. Ohio Ethics inquiries are in process.

    2. K. Craine (please bear with me for not being personal enough to use your first name, I would if I had it),

First, let me thank you for replying. That means a lot.

Second, I come to sites like yours when referred by emails with links. Especially when they relate directly or indirectly to Jon Waters. He came to the alumni club meeting in Dalas and made a presentation a few days before the drake fired him. We were more impressed with the band after his presentation than we had already been. Further, in the brief time he was there, we were impressed with Mr. Waters. (We have the T-shirt "I Stand with Jon Waters".)

My wife was born at the OSU Medical Center, some of her family members have season tickets, and we are Buckeye fans even when they play Texas! We did not attend OSU, but we're active in the local alumni club. We contribute to the Spielman center and will continue to do so, as this is bigger than the firing of a band director by a president whose character does not appeal to me.

You indeed do an excellent job. My issue was with the use of a single word "failure" in a headline. Please accept my apologies if you took this to be anything as sweeping as a criticism of your overall site.

I was a bit strong in my tone because of my experience with most Midwesterners I'd met in Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin. So bear with me if I've over-generalized, but the experience has been essentially that they treat everyone as an authority over them, merely wiping the sweat off their brow when an injustice ends or when they've built up enough emotional strength to live with the continued abuse. When I attended a graduate school in the Columbus area, the administration granted me several things I asked for mostly, transfer credits), even smiling, then crucified me behind my back because I'd asked for those things. Contrasting this with the uncivilized mentality of my Texas culture, we culture ask for anything. But (1) we can accept "no" for an answer, and (2) nobody gets their panties in a wad because we asked.

There is a purpose behind the time and energy I'm spending on this contrast.

Dr. Drake is not a Midwesterner, but he knows the mentality. He can therefore fire a band director, be party to massive corruption in the halls of Ohio government and some of Ohio's industry, believing that a bunch of Midwest wimps will run out of energy and finally just give up.

I applaud sites like yours. You do far more good than even you yourselves realize, in my opinion. You stand counter-culturally against injustice, which parallels the Constitution's preamble about securing blessings for our posterity as well as for ourselves. You aren't doing any favors for your children, your children's children, or anyone who comes after you if you wipe your brow and allow abuse and injustice to continue without accountability.

If I sound critical of elements of your reporting style in my iceberg views of it, I apologize for any offense. My hope is that you will take my thoughts as a challenge, that you will stand firm against both this abuse and others within your reach. You don't have to like my style, and you don't have to like me, LOL. Just someday tell your descendants that there was this hot-head who cares enough about them to rant and rave.

      Keep up the good work!

When historians unveil " the truth " about the Obama presidency, I will be long gone. No , I am not traveling . I will be older than my life expectancy and probably facing my Creator. Yes, I am an old man. Although I fight aging with all of my vigor every day, the mirror exposes my slow demise. The truth hurts. But the truth is always our friend. Facts about Obama have been sealed and will remain sealed for a while. It will take years to put real facts out there so Americans can see them for themselves what a ruthless and lawless period this was. And it will be a sad truth.

So what "truth" am I talking about with Obama ? Basically it is the greatest fraud ever perpetrated by a political hack on a civilized society in world history. Yep, Barack Hussein Obama. And it finally has been exposed through his total ineptness. Everything about this man and his close, hand picked insiders is fraudulent and thoroughly inept. Their only agenda, day to day, is to Perpetuate the Fraud ( PTF).

In order to PTF , it was imperative that important co-conspirators be embedded in key positions.......the MSM ( media ), key judicial collaborators, key cabinet members , key congressional leaders, key military commanders, senior collegiate professors, and key personnel in bureaucratic positions ( EPA, IRS, NSA, USPTO, and the Dept of Revenge ). The most important key, however, was social media ( Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yahoo, Huffington, AOL, etc.). They all had to play along , thus Obama dutifully picked anarchists to fill these positions either directly or indirectly. In the case of Facebook, he was a part of the outright theft of a very intricate and detailed patent . Remember that Saul Alinsky in his " Rules for Radicals" lays this out in detail. Terrorist Bill Ayers, Obama's lifelong mentor, followed Alinsky to the letter. And oddly enough, Hillary Rodham ( Clinton ) wrote her college thesis on the brilliance of Saul Alinsky. Want to have some fun educating yourself ? Read about Clower / Pivens and their theories now followed by Obama and Hillary.

Obama is the best man ever created to impose the radical " fundamental transformation of America" .......his words, not mine. Lying and deceiving comes easy to Obama since it's been his MO since child hood , a child hood we know little about. Do you not find it curious that we have not been introduced to one of his childhood girlfriends? He's a smart , good looking guy. Not high school, not college...not one. We have not seen his college enrollment records or transcripts.......not one. We know of his community activism, but not how he funded his first senatorial campaign. Who paid for that ? And why did he spend his childhood in a Muslim world and dare to call himself a Christian....because lying is not so bad in his world.

So what does all of this have to do with this blog site? This site was created to discuss the outcome of a crooked governmental regime that is criminal all the way through and beyond the USPTO. Innovation can not advance in this country if patents and know how are not protected.....if thieves are rewarded. Why would a progressive political machine elect a man with deep secrets, and no experience in the economy, the military, and everything else to important to this position of leadership ? Because he has dark skin and any push back could be called " racist" ,that's why ! He could read a TelePrompTer with perfection and had a big bright, disarming smile. The man has ZERO leadership skills and because of his total ineptness , is now undermining the long standing George Soros plan to rebuild America. The progressives are dumping this hot potato as fast as they can. Each new scandal is damaging the movement......even social networking is moving away from him. The ability to PTF is losing its potency.

I want to make this point one more time...... if a movement controls the thinking of at least 51% of the voting public by hook or crook, it will win every election. That's what Facebook does. Low information voters stare at their computers and IPhones all day and believe what is being transmitted. That's how Obama beat Hillary, McCain, and Romney. Period !! The pure irony of all of this is that PTF was being perfected on a social network platform that was the greatest heist in terms of dollars and of societal significance in human history.

It looks to me , as I said before, that we need just one or two acerbic, honest, fearless leaders to pursue and uncover the truth. Ms Donna Kline made a heroic effort but fell back. Dr Arunachalam is a very brave and smart woman who is showing great courage. I hope she prevails. And now, Jim Jordan. I hope he has the courage to peel back the onion. If men like Dick Morris or Bill O' Reilly or Charles Krautheimer take the challenge of finding "truth" , this fraudulent charade might just collapse. I would even be excited if Jesse Waters went after them.

      Yes, I know, I am a racist.

  7. Obama is the best front man Wall Street ever had. Why would holder go after the very people that paid for his boss to get his job. Obama received more money from Wall Street in 08 and 2012 Greed and complacency, combined with ignorance and immaturity killed the America we once new. Even if he wanted to, Holder would not be allowed to prosecute anyone at Goldman (Paulsen protected) or at City (Rubin protected). Why he didn't prosecute Angelo Mozilo, and other smaller fish, is probably, those prosecutions would quickly lead to the bigger protected fish. But what's more bizarre is his failure to adequately prosecute, run-of-the-mill mortgage fraud. WE GOT SWINDLED buy politicians in 1999 Lawrence Summers and Rubin passed the Gramm Leach Bliley Act the investment banks preferred subprime loans because they carried higher interest rates and the Securities and Exchange Commission conducted no major investigation of the banks during the bubble. In October 7, 2008, 146 people were cut from the Sec Enforcement Division, When David London contacted the Sec Enforcement Division only to find out that only 4 people were working at that time and that was reduced to a staff of ONE?? Turning out the lights. The head of the Sec Enforcement Division in an email to David London said that their was only 4 people working at the SEC Enforcement Division and that it use to have a staff of 150, and in about 5 weeks time 2 of the 4 were going to get the sack. David London sent copy's of emails about Lawrence Summers and the stolen facebook idea and The global economic meltdown, but as you can see the Obama's of the financial world had this covered.

The global economic crisis of 2008 cost tens of millions of people their saving, their jobs, and their homes. And it all started at Harvard . Obama Summers and the bankers showered money on
themselves each other and their friends, Obama bailout chief, former Harvard professor and president, Lawrence Summers, was busy shuffling $33 billion in U.S. taxpayer bank bailout funds off to Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and State Street Corp. Facebook low information voter "likes" are credited with winning obama the rigging of the 2008 and 2012 elections. they got Obama in by micro election-targeting these voting subgroups on facebook Larry Summers used the promise of wild Facebook IPO returns as the currency for their plans to install Barack Obama as President and press their global data gathering agenda. Summers is the shadow power behind Facebook where Sandberg and Zuckerberg were merely follow orders. Larry Summers knows how Mark Zuckerberg stole the idea facebook Goldman Sachs and Summers Moscow partners Alisher Asmanov, Yuri Milner, DST, and Digital Sky Technologies invested up to $3 billion in private Facebook stock to become the second largest shareholder using stolen bailout funds and they all knew how facebook was stolen?. They did not even ask for a board seat or any normal participation by a large investor.

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) officer herself, attorney Kathryn Siehndel, failed to disclose her prior employment with Facebook’s lawyer in Leader v. Facebook, White & Case LLP. Yes even Microsoft Bill Gates was in on this. in an email to David London from Microsoft Bill Gates said he was interested in investing into the idea facebook but he wonted to do the investment under the table, David said you cant do that, the investment was to big, two weeks later in an email said he was not going to invest in the idea facebook But what Microsoft Bill Gates did find was some one that was willing to hid his investment? its called insider trading and Bill Gates did this knowing that facebook was a stolen idea?!!. Bill Gates in a email said facebook was a dumb idea. RUSSIAN HACKERS GET TO NATO THROUGH MICROSOFT they say it was a flaw?!!

Did Holder stand up for the rights of voters and his justice department worked hard for racial justice and against the tide of right wing hate groups, Or was this just an effective way to burnish his legacy as a public servant to rebut your critics before you’ve even left office. Eric Holder seems to be trying to do just that: negotiating multi-billion dollar bank settlements at a rapid pace, and promising tough action in interest rate and currency manipulation cases. Attorney General Holder had every opportunity to take on Wall Street. He did not because, regardless of his conviction he is locked into his own alliance with them. Holder seems to hope this will counter the standard argument that his inability to bring a single criminal case against an executive in connection to the financial crisis is, hard to fathom. When it came to prosecuting the mortgage crisis, Holder missed the big targets, and countless smaller ones as well.
At the end of the day the poorest as always pay the most U.S. Attorney Preetinder "Preet" Bharara sued Ceglia on trumped up fake criminal charges to hid the stolen idea facebook and to hid Obama involment in the stolen idea Attorney General Eric H. Holder announced a $7b settlement with Citigroup over their 2008 bank fraud. He has already settled with JPMorgan for $13b, and has teed up Bank of America settle for 17b However, Eric Holder personally holds 11 stocks in Citigroup, 10 stocks in Bank of America, and 11 stocks JPMorgan. " Dear TEX, I have been reading some of your comments as I travel through Iowa and a few other places getting ready for the voting in a few weeks. You seem to have a good sense of humor but , honestly, these past six years for me have been all business. I'll be funny after November when I win the presidency. Gotta tell you that I am surprised that Hillary has not been more aggressive with just two weeks to go. And the GOP, they are just pitiful. I don't even know who their candidate is this year. This had best be a busy two weeks for them or we will hammer them again.

Bill Clinton asked me if either of the twins in your office is an intern. I guess he needs a helper. But back to your comments......man, you are spot on . Barack is terrible. He told me that he knew all about these things and he doesn't have a clue. And you know, he'll read anything that's put on that TelePrompTer. On that Benghazi thing, I put the "video " comment on there as a joke and he read it. Man, that was funny. And the" keep your insurance" thing, I think that came from my wife Dr Jill. We had a big chuckle on that one. And the Syrian red line, that was me again. I about fell out of my chair laughing. I guess I have done a few funny things. And, oh, I forgot about the IRS thing..... yep, that was me. I called Lois and said that the president wanted every turncoat to get an audit or at least a scary interview......boy, is she stupid. That was a prank, and she fell for it. Who knew?

So TEX, if I get elected, would you want to be the ambassador to ISIS ? They have medical marijuana over there.

Well, gotta go. Your friend, Uncle Joe Biden. ". TEX

Fidelity Contrafund loads up on Facebook and it pays off

    October 20, 2014
    http://finance.yahoo.com/news/fidelity-contrafund-loads-facebook-pays-175123067.html

BOSTON (Reuters) - The $108 billion Fidelity Contrafund continues to have a big appetite for Facebook Inc's stock, adding to its position in the social media company during the third quarter and praising its mobile ad revenue growth and "visionary management."

The fund, which is the largest mutual fund owner of Facebook, disclosed adding to its position in its third-quarter commentary letter to investors on Monday.

"We continued to favor the stock, in large part due to its mobile-advertising business and visionary management team, and we added to the fund's stake during the quarter," according to the commentary letter.
The fund didn't say how much Facebook stock it bought, but ended August with about 42 million shares. That's up from about 36 million shares at the end of 2013.

Facebook accounts for about 2.8 percent of the assets in Contrafund, which is run by portfolio manager Will Danoff.
Facebook helped the fund beat the S&P 500 Index in the third quarter. The stock is up nearly 41 percent so far this year.

In the third quarter, Contrafund's retail shares returned 1.77 percent versus the benchmark's 1.13 percent advance.

William Danoff is a vice-president and portfolio manager of Fidelity Contrafund,[1] which, at over US$110 billion, is the second largest single-manager fund in the United States.
    Fidelity Contrafund
William Danoff is the single manager of the Fidelity Investments' flagship mutual fund Contrafund. Contrafund is one Fidelity's largest mutual funds holding over $111 billion in assets, making it the second largest single manager mutual fund in the world. Danoff has made the Contrafund mutual fund a huge success by outperforming the S&P 500's trailing one year, three year, five year, ten year and fifteen year total returns, making the mutual fund one of only three to accomplish such an achievement still in the marketplace as of the beginning of the year 2014 (according to Morningstar Incorporated). However, the achievement assessed by Morningstar Incorporated is more impressive due to the fact that the Fidelity Contrafund holds over $100 billion in investments making the accomplishment rare and more difficult.
The level at which William Danoff has accomplished such heights in profits is all the more impressive when considering the size of the Fidelity Contrafund is the second largest actively managed mutual fund in the market as it sits now behind the American Funds Growth Fund of America (AGTHX). To boot, the American Funds Growth Fund of America holds about $138.9 Billion; only approximately a quarter larger than William Danoff's captained Fidelity Contrafund. The other thing to be considered in the comparison between the American Funds Growth Fund of America and the Fidelity Contrafund is that the American Funds' flagship mutual fund has eleven to twelve managers where the Fidelity Contrafund is only managed by William Danoff; this fact contributes to the industry praise and belief that Danoff is a mutual fund managing prodigy. William Danoff said in an interview in the summer of 2013 to help explain his success - "Larger funds have a higher degree of difficulty. For me, it's the ability to make big bets — it's harder. My denominator is so big that it's not that easy to find really great stories at scale."[2]

    1. Yes, Fidelity Contrafund is the fund of choice for the insiders in the judicial and Obama Administration who have touched the Leader v. Facebook patent theft by Facebook, the US Patent Office, SEC, and the judiciary....JOHN G. ROBERTS (US Supreme Court Chief Justice), ERIC H. HOLDER, JR. (US Attorney General), JUDGE KIMBERLY A MOORE (Federal Circuit, Leader v. Facebook), JUDGE EVAN J. WALLACH (Federal Circuit, Leader v. Facebook).

The payola to these Leader v. Facebook judges (ROBERTS, MOORE, WALLACH) and the US Attorney General (HOLDER) by Facebook continues. The price of their continued silence appears to be high. Whistleblowers where are you?
